I love Taco Bell but this location said they are opened but they aren’t!! Drive through is not a option for me like a deaf person! So I have to give two stars !
Only had the chance to use the drive thru but I have to say how impressed I am with the person at the window each of the last 4 or 5 times. Not only Friendly but also just down right Delightful personality. Can't say enough about the way that affected the rest of my day. Gratz to Taco Bell! Either someone knows how to hire or just got lucky...Don't think it was luck, not that many times, with at least 3 different people. And when I did have to go another round once b/c order was wrong... I found myself saying it was probably my fault talking so fast into the speaker. LoL!Service like that makes the food Better I guess cause all I remember is that I was smiling afterwards each time even on one of my (kill the world!) days ?
Amber behind the counter was very polite and professional.There was me at the counter and I was counting some change from a ziplock bag that I've been accumulating so (I didn't want to pay with my cash or card)Instead of nowadays people being rude or you think they'd be irritated she was the complete opposite.Then I was going to leave there was a bag lady homeless person I gave her the rest of the change and then she then proceeded to help her count it out.I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants and Taco bells over the years and we've all had our fair share of rude people that just don't care.But Amber here inhibited qualities in human beings that you don't see on a day-to-day basis and that makes life more refreshing.
Dine in not open. Drive thru okay. Very nice lady at other end of the box and the order was right. I got my Taco Bell fix, but I wish tostados were still on the menu. I did miss eating inside while my order was fresh and hot, but eating at home was okay.
My Kavatender came back in tears the way she was treated. I understand the rules on not letting costumers walk through the drive through and the inside being closed but to yell at her and throw her away is out right degrading. She is apart of the local business’s that support one another. I’m very disappointed and I will be back later to talk to Jamie. Jessica answered my phone call.
Portions of food is different every visit, nothing seems to be worth what we purchase anymore & we can't argue that size of the burritos have gone to more tortilla shell than goodies inside that actually make the burritos delicious.
Hello Friends,I been to this Taco Bell a few times. Every time I been there there are so many mistakes of making food and I have to ask them to correct their mistakes. It's not the point rather mistakes are corrected or not. Mistakes happens. We are all human being after all. But in this case there are two things involved. 1. Either they throw away the food, 2. They gave mistakes food to others customer. Both ways are bad scenarios.Now, in my last visit of this Taco Bell's Location I order veggie order (due to I am Vegetarian) with two Cheesy Roll-up. With Grilled Bean Burrito. They operate only Drive Thru in this COVID. So they took my order in Drive Thru. A person took my order proper, but when the deliver an order at the window was with beef and lots of grease in Burrito and Cheesy Roll-up.So I went back to Drive Thru and asked refunds. The manager name Jessica was so rude, like she doesn't care about customers and she get angry on me and keep telling me that I tried to help you, which is she never helped in first place and she refused to talk to me and keep closing window.This is not the same Taco Bell like before. Even Taco Bell becomes expensive and bad customer service.So grinds, do no go to this location. I am complaining the manager to Taco Bell. Let see if they are going to listen or not.

I’ve came here about 5 times during the night shift and even though they get my ridiculous rice burrito confused ? everything else always comes out perfect. Ill continue to come back because the staff is the most friendliness I’ve encountered in Florida. Especially Shelby. Thank you! I always leave with a smile ?. And for the negative reviews it’s Taco Bell it’s always packed lmao I don’t see any of you standing for hours hearing and dealing will stupid complaints. Go to McDonald’s, Our drive Thur line will be shorter ?
