When I say this place made a memorable visit, I mean it. This is my first time in the area and I saw other bagels shops nearby, but I saw this one had the best reviews and I can see why! I was not disappointed. The service was great, everyone was friendly, and I felt very well taken care of. I ordered a couple of things and they even helped me to my car. I wish I had taken pictures of the actual place, but it had a great artsy vibe and an art gallery with local art. The food was delicious! When I'm craving bagels, this is exactly what I mean, freshly made, great ingredients with great flavors. I would highly recommend it, if and when I come back, I will definitely make this my go-to spot.
I had an amazing iced oatmilk latte! Located just off of the main drag, you can park on a nearby street and walk into this eclectic, artsy Cafe. It's just steps away from many touristy attractions. They have tons of coffee options and also a great sandwich and bagel menu. I had the Great White, a bagel with tomato, mozzarella, and balsamic. It was incredible, I appreciate that they included balsamic on the bagel underneath the cheese. The service was excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. A great stop!
I can't say enough good things about this establishment. The prices are definitely fair. The bagels were extremely fresh and their was a great selection was extensive. Everyone working there was pleasant and helpful. The lattes were extremely similar to Starbucks, if not better. I will be a long time customer. (And the Art is beautiful! We discussed the pieces through our entire breakfast). So, to say I was impressed is an understatement. I believe the owner himself even thanked us for dining in.
We absolutely fell in love with Sweetwater during our last visit to St. Augustine and couldn't recommend this place enough. We had a destination wedding in St. Augustine back in January and were so excited to share our favorite city with our friends and family. We tried Sweetwater a couple of days before with wedding with some family and everything we got was delicious! The service is also absolutely wonderful. Because everyone enjoyed it so much, we decided we should get breakfast and coffee from there the morning of the wedding.When my sister went to Sweetwater, the owner was behind the counter and overheard her mention something about "what does the bride want" and he couldn't have been kinder to our whole crew. My sister returned with dozens of muffins (which are FANTASTIC), bagels, their specialty sweet cream cheese and lattes on lattes. For a bride who was running on 3 hours of sleep, there was nothing better than a turtle latte and a cinnamon streusel muffin. All of my bridesmaids and family who got ready with us were full, happy and awake thanks to Sweetwater!When I got back to the St. Francis after the wedding, all I wanted to do was sit and eat a bagel with their cream cheese - and I did! Thank you Sweetwater for taking such great care of this bride and her crew! :)
A MUST!!! Found this shop on my 3rd day of vaca and went back EVERY DAY. Best coffee my family and I have ever tried and the food..well if you don’t try the cream cheese then you are missing out on the best thing I have ever tasted (and ps I’m not a huge cream cheese fan). I have to say while I would go for the food/coffee alone, the staff really makes you want to come back. Nicest owners and staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I do t often write reviews but this shop deserves it. Go visit, you won’t regret it

Place and staff deserves more than 5 stars.We really enjoyed our time there.Food was delicious and atmosphere is fabulous.All about Art.They have free parking on the back side which allows you to park there during your time inside which is very convenient.I highly recommend this place.They only need to make magnets from thier beautiful Art
Saw this place when I went next door to meet up for a Ghost Tour and I was not disappointed. I had their Nova salad which really hit the spot. I was between that salad and the Jaws bagel sandwich bit chose the salad because I didn't want a bagel. They have a huge assortment of latte flavors and even specialty lemonade flavors. I opted for an iced americano with SF vanilla syrup, but wish I would have tried the prickly pear lemonade. Hope I have time to go back and get it. They have some amazing latte flavors for spring (check out my picture). The gallery in the back is nice to see when you are done eating too.
We stumbled upon this gem when we were walking through town. The staff is so sweet and attentive. The entire vibe of the place is amazing. We came back Al five days of our trip. We tried a different drink and food item every time. Everything on the menu is delicious. Don’t forget to look around at all the art.
I love coming here! I always come in before work and it’s such a great way to start the day! the staff is always so sweet and welcoming! My favorite latte is the white chocolate raspberry!
