Had an online order and been waiting over an hour for my food tired calling 10 times and they don't answer
My husband picked up our sandwiches. We paid $22.00 for 2 footlong spicy Italian sandwiches. We are in the middle of moving and Subway has always been so good..but never again. The bread is stale and not the bread we ordered. No extras that we paid for. Big disappointment. Seabridge Square is where my husband picked up our sandwiches.
I was in this Subway (Seabridge Square) earlier today. Did NOT make a purchase as it looked unsanitary. Food bins dirty with residue around the bins and they were iced up. There were like 2 wilted cucumbers in the bin, the spinach was iced up. Everything looked old and extremely unappetizing. There was an over abundance of un-ripe tomatoes. Nothing looked clean and fresh. I would not eat anything from that location if I were you.
Said they closed at 9:00pm. They were actually closed by 8:40 when I arrived.
I was just here and I had watched an female employee who was in the middle of making a sandwich, turn around and sneeze into her arm, then DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES?!? But instead proceeded to make jokes with the customer she was helping about having Corona. I had to walk out because I’m not going to have my food made by someone who does not take this stuff seriously. I’ve never had to write a review on a place, but this interaction truly made my stomach sick.
Ethan at the 1835 US Hwy 1 S Suite 131 Subway in Saint Augustine was first class in handling our order. He went out of his way to be professional and courteous. He earned our business for many moons to come.

Got food really quick and in a hurry, staff where really friendly, great prices. Didn't go into the bathrooms. Lobby was clean.
It was absolutely perfect. There was only one girl there and another girl that you could tell was just training. The little colored girl that took care of me was fantastic. Even though she was the only person there that knew her job. She was very polite and friendly. If she is there, your visit is well worth it
