Decent service, ladies bathroom have nothing stocked. no toilet paper, no paper towels. I was 1 of 2 customers waiting for my drinks so it wasn't that busy. What happened to Starbucks' exceptional experience?

Our family frequently visits Saint Augustine to see other family members. We always stop at the Starbucks in Palencia on our way home. On our last two trips we were greeted by your best employee. Her name is Riley, she is a great asset for Starbucks and this particular location. Polite, kind and engaging.

I love the warm, homey feeling of the Starbucks. Elyssa, The barista, is the absolute BEST pro on this planet! She helped me with a problem on my Starbucks app; made me a complicated,yet perfectly-crafted, unique drink and then chased me down in the parking lot to return my forgotten credit card‼️What an angel!? This is what I call “above and beyond” service! Thank you, Elyssa‼️
