I come to this Starbucks all the time, multiple times a week. The employees are super nice every single time I come in. They always ask how I’m doing.Today (4/5/22) I was having a rough morning. One of the baristas (I sadly did not catch their name) noticed and offered to make a refill of my drink on the house. I was so appreciative of this and it really showed that these workers truly care about their customers. This brightened up my day. I hope the barista sees this and knows how thankful I was for checking on me and cheering me up.Such a great Starbucks location!! Super friendly staff and the sitting areas are always clean!

When you order via mobile, walk in and see the drink on the counter behind the register. Finally after five minutes of waiting, one of the four employees walk over and ask what I’m waiting on. Drink is barely warm.
Used the wrong pronoun when addressing the person who assisted me (which is already embarrassing and I’m trying to do better), who I believe to be the manager. Instead of being corrected politely, I was given a terribly made drink and then yelled at about what pronoun they prefer to be called when I asked for it to be corrected. Learned two lessons: Be more thoughtful of my pronouns and never ever come back to this Starbucks again.
Staff was nice but efficiency is not their forte. Watching 4-5 customers who walk in after your supposed mobile order time pick up, order, get their drinks and leave means something is broken. Watched a lady ask for ice water three times. She even asked the cashier who was not helping anyone at the time and he turned and asked one of the busy girls to get it. They also did not get my basic order right on either drink. I think they just need a little more help and a cashier who helps more and dances less.
A very busy Starbucks, did a good job trying to help customer’s quickly and efficiently. Got my coffee and a sandwich and a new thermal coffee cup. Good job staff!
Young lady that waited on us so very early (around 6 am) was just delightful and super helpful. Coffee was good but sometimes the service really makes it special.
Super sweet staff with very poor organization and time management. Basically the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Be in a hurry and be disappointed.
