There is always somebody new training, that doesn't know how to make coffee.
It's Starbucks. All the same. Only annoying thing is only had medium brew and no dark roast or blonde served after 11am. Was really looking forward to a dark roast.
This is hands down one of the best starbucks i’ve visited ! The barista Angel helped me find some options since they were out of the drink i wanted. This starbucks is always on point with their connections, and is super kind!
I just asked for a latte with 1 single pump of pumpkin spice, asked at window if they had indeed put one pump…. this thing is too sweet, pure syrup. Why don’t they give us why we pay for? $6 dollars thrown away. I want a refund
Ordered ahead of time and told them when we would arrive. They didn't start order until I arrived. But order was accurate and food was fine.
Typical, trusty Starbucks. Dependable, consistent, and the quality of food was excellent. The location despite being off the interstate was not terribly busy but it is tricky to get into sometimes.
This is the only Starbucks near my job so I have to go to this one but everytime I go I don’t know what to expect. I always order the same thing. Large cold brew with 2 Splenda and very lite cream. 80 percent of the time I go I’m presented with a large cup of iced cream basically. I get this is a busy location but it’s like it goes in one ear and out the other in there. So thank you for my large $5 cup of ice with half and half. After a half a dozen times I’m just done with this location after today. Absolutely ridiculous how you can charge $5 for this. What a joke
This is the only location I go to around here that I can always depend on to make my order right, have stuff in stock, and have friendly employees. Never had a bad experience, and even if they’re out of something, they’re always willing to recommend something similar. Idk why I go to Durbin so much, they’re always out of stuff. This location is great and fast.
This location is always on point! I drive out of my way to come to this location instead of the Durban Crossing Starbucks. Durban Crossing always has a long slow line in the drive through. This location is much better and the sausage egg and cheddar sandwiches are the best at this location and the drinks are always better as well.
Why do you fill a cup of iced coffee with 99% ice?? I literally finished my drink after 5 swigs. I’m paying almost $6 for it, at least make it right. This is the only location that does this but it’s close to my home.I’m about to go out of my way to avoid them.Please get it together.
