Placed mobile order for burgers and ice cream, got home no ice cream, called store assured I would receive a refund....24 days later many calls to the store and customer service no refund. Never going back to this Sonic ever I would give the zero stars for customer service and more. Called store, managers are extremely rude and say they don't know how they can help me..well it may take a little WORK but I'm sure you could help me get a refund??? Jasmine the manger likes to hang up on people and laugh at you while doing it ! Way to go with that customer service jasmine !Haha your response means nothing ! I tried to obtain the owner Information everyday for 15 days and customer service and the store was called everyday for 15 days and no one did a thing … your responses are auto generated … maybe you should have the owner check out his store and employees

We gave this place a chance two days in a row. Both times they failed spectacularly. It was apparently drive-thru only without any kind of notification/signage. We waited five to ten minutes each time at the order station before being told it was drive-thru only and then waited another ten minutes at the drive-thru without being acknowledged. Ended up driving away both occasions. If Sonic has any kind of standards, this franchisee must lose their franchise.

Good burgers and tots! Kids love the slushies and shakes! You get half off drinks if you order from the app but it crashes a lot.

I don't think I've ever rated a 1-star on any business until now. I visited Sonic this past weekend. From the woman berating two guys who were sitting at the tables on their cellphones to get back inside to work.. to one of those guys taking my order and yelling at me over the microphone (I knew he wasn't angry at me but still, I didn't need to take the brunt of that situation). To whomever was flipping out in the kitchen.. I heard everything.. the mic wasn't turned off.Needless to say, I was quite shocked at the behavior of the staff.As far as food. The fries were lukewarm. However, the positive part of my experience?? My double cheeseburger was actually delicious. But it wasn't enough to get out of a One star review. Sorry ?

Hotdog was lukewarm but cheddar peppers were good. There were only TWO people working on a Friday night. The wait was bad but the worker at the window had to make the food and handle customers. Absolutely outrageous. Maybe they pay bad (my assumption) but that's no excuse to overload your employees. Both Sonic corporate and the franchise owner should be embarrassed.This review is not a reflection of the staff. All two of them were very nice and apologetic.... not their fault.

We came here at 10:30 PM, pressed the button and waited for 20 minutes. At about 10:55 PM someone finally responded and said they were closed. There were about 8 cars with teenagers all getting service at the pull up stations and more in the drive through getting service. If you own this place you might want to check in and figure out what’s going on here at night.

The last 3 times I've gone here the people working I felt sorry for because they had to deal with all the people and attitudes because they was out of so much stuff. But the food quality has gotten really bad. I used to love going here and getting a burger, or tater tots, soft pretzel, or cheese sticks. But I stopped going because the food tastes nasty anymore, by the time the food gets to you it's cold, and idk just tastes nasty.

Sonic obviously don't care about their reputation of their franchise. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. I was very disappointed when I got home. The bread was soggy, lettuce looked old and of course no bacon . The sandwich was almost 8 dollars and to top it off waste gas to take it back.

Waited for 45 minutes for our food (still waiting) and they didn’t even give us all our food. Offered no sort of apology either, but felt it was a good time to let 2-3 workers go home for the day.
