If the parking lot is empty, STOP IN! Take advantage of not having to wait! Blues (BB King) was playing when I walked in, and it only got better from there. I ordered a brisket dinner w/beans and cole slaw. The brisket was moist and perfectly smoked. The beans - I've never had better! The cole slaw was definitely made in-house. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly, and when I asked about the turkey, they gave me a small sample to make me go back and order that. The sauces were simple and perfectly complemented the meat. Smokin' D's is great! (Complainers were either the competition or Karens.) I definitely recommend! ??
First time trying and it was sooooo delicious! We got the turkey sandwich with baked beans & the pork plate with potato salad. Everything was phenomenal! The sauces were all delicious too. My favorite was the datil pepper bbq & the horseradish mayo sauce. Staff was super friendly too! Highly recommend. Wish I had a picture to share but we already ate our food. *Heads up, there is no seating inside but you can grab and take it to go or they have a few picnic tables outside that you can sit at.*
Ate here a few days ago. Got the BBQ picnic combo and it was excellent. All 3 meats were delicious as well as the sides. We ate at the location on the outskirts of St Augustine. It has no indoor seating. Some picnic tables outside.
YUM! Great food, great people and good location. When you walk in you are embraced by all the wonderful smells. They cut your meat right there when you order it and they have a nice selection of sauces. It's REALLY delicious ?
Food was great we had chicken and pork. Next will get ribs. Did not get them this time because they were sold out. By the way prices way to cheap. They need to raise prices in a tourist area.
The best BBQ I’ve ever tasted. Ribs fall off the bone. Pork is served in delicious tender chunks. The mustard sauce is awesome.
The food is amazing, their staff friendly and helpful. The sauces are to die for, the food once again it's great. the only downside you eat outside, because they don't have dining room area, but the FOOD IS GREAT.
Some of the best barbecue I have ever had their beans are absolutely the best‼I stopped in here a few times every time I'm in St Augustine and I still think their barbecue is better than the barbecue I get in Texas‼???????
This place is highly rated for good reason. We had the pork dinner special and it fed 2 of us with some to spare. Delicious pork, excellent sides and toast. The baked beans were phenomenal. Multiple sauces provided - all yummy!
Amazing! Try the smoked turkey. The pulled pork sandwich was very good also.
