Our faculty was treated to a relaxing and delicious end of school luncheon for post planning. Smokin D‘s BBQ hit it out of the park. It was enjoyed by all. Great service, great price and absolutely delicious.

It is conveniently located @ US-1 & 206.Interesting non-sweet sauces and (! surprise) not sweet Cole Slaw.Again, nothing wrong with the place: $28 will buy you 3 meats, 3 sauces and 3 sides in an un-fancy take-out environment.But the meats ain't tasty.They use real wood and we are sure the cooks are masters of the trade.But the meats ....Maybe we are spoiled traveling West.
Quick service, even at lunch rush. Great food. Fun to sit outside and share space with an ibis.
Was a good place by accident stopped this day but was really a mistake i really 90% of my order i disposed on the trash place was dirty cashier handling people like cows. No ill never stopped again.
After reading all the great reviews and noting all the local awards granted to Smokin D's we visited today for dinner. As a pork barbecue fan I tell you it's as excellent as advertised. I had the chopped pork platter with the Memphis sweet sauce; a great choice, very tender with a fabulous smoked flavor. My wife and I ate for $18.00. We'll be back when we're in this neighborhood again.
I just love this place. The chicken and ribs we usually order are fabulous and the sides and various sauces are wonderful. When they are out of something, they are out for the day, so plan accordingly. Lucky for me they were only out of potato salad when I was there. It's a real downer when they are out of the main dishes. This is mainly a take-out place, although they have a picnic table or two for those who can't wait to eat the food at home or work. It's definitely worth coming back again and again.
Outstanding BBQ! We stop here every time we head south from JAX. Brisket is great but can sell out quickly. Go early if you really want some. Chopped pork is nice, and they will chop it finer if you ask. Turkey and ribs are also outstanding. Potato salad, baked beans, and yellow rice are nice sides. Sauces are homemade and delicious. Try it, you will not be disappointed!
This is an ABSOLUTE GREAT BBQ place. Friendly staff, great food, fair prices. It's a must place to stop. Take out only, but well worth the visit. We will be back again. Should be higher than a 5
They are one of the only places that have an actual pit so the meat is great. I'm just not a fan of the sweet Kraft style bbq sauce and they didn't have pickles. Served on buttery Texas toast. Just wasn't my thing. No pickles was a deal breaker.
