This place is busy. We waited for 40 minutes to be seated but worth the wait. Food was tasty. We had Green bean panini(too small portion), make your own breakfast (Boars head sausage), with srcambled egg. For drinks we had mimosa and sangria ( they were ok). I wish the portions were bit big. My husband was still hungry with that panini
Impressed doesn't even cut it.. we were absolutely floored with the amazing food and service. My husband ordered the fried chicken gravy and biscuits and I ordered the brisket dish with poached eggs instead of fried eggs. Oh em gee. I had no idea what I was in for. The explosion of flavor was beyond this world and my husband was absolutely speechless with his dish. He's a chicken lover and he said "Now that's how you chicken!". The service was amazing. So attentive and patient, especially with my special needs kiddo. I highly recommend this place for your morning bite.
Visited Roosevelt Room for the first time on Saturday around 10am. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The entire menu sounded great, but we decided on the Fried Chicken Biscuit Gravy and the Hipster Toast. Both were sooo delicious! The restaurant atmosphere and service was top notch. A little pricey if you want to order shareables or cocktails. But... You get what you pay for! Will definitely be returning.
This place is literally so good!!! Megan our server was so sweet! And the food….. level 10. I could not recommend this place enough. The shrimp and grits and salmon board ??
First time in PK's Roosevelt Room. and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food, coffee and service. I felt the staff exceeded my expectations of making my comfort their main priority. Extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. thank you Kelly Condon. you're the best!
Absolutely amazing food and service. The place is so cute and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the biscuits are DIVINE!! Went two days in a row and loved it each time. Our waitress, Randi, was fantastic. She was so fun and super kind! Everyone else was phenomenal as well. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast!

Had a late breakfast here on a Saturday. Recommend you call for reservations if you want to eat after 9:00 a.m. The breakfast had a great selection and they had gluten-free options. Unfortunately they sold out of their gluten-free cornbread before we could order. Service was friendly and prompt and our food came out promptly as well. Certainly would not hesitate to go back. It is priced a little bit on the higher side but the quality is there.
Best brunch in St. Augustine! The Hipster Toast is the best. We also loved the smoked salmon. If you are town town this place would be my first choice.
We arrived much too early in St. Augustine and wandered around St. Charles Avenue before happening on PKs Roosevelt Room. It was one of only a few places open and served breakfast. I think my face lit up when we entered this restaurant. First, it was beautiful. High ceilings, a European feel. Our server was so gracious and walked us through the menu. Literally, everything looked wonderful. It was so difficult to make a decision. My husband ordered the chicken biscuit with alligator gravy. I went a totally different direction than I usually go and ordered the corned beef with potatoes topped with an egg. The server noted that I'd love the potatoes because they are prepared in duck fat. Well.... we should have shared. Neither of us finished our breakfasts. My husband almost finished his and still talks about how marvelous it was. I ate about 1/3 of mine -- both because it was filling and because it was so rich. I actually wish it were served with some type of bread or biscuit simply to cut the richness a bit. The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was decadent. This was one of our most memorable dining experiences while on vacation in St. Augustine.
