Extremely poor customer service, straight up lied about availability, and would make any more dough despite being open another 2 hours. To top it off they were rude and unkind when they didnt realize we could hear them. Even if you so run out of dough (despite being a pizza joint) you dont ever run out of kindness- unless you're an employee at this Pizza Hut.
If I could leave negative stars this store would receive -10 came in on vacation ordered pizza because everything else around us is closed online ordering was still open saying we had until 11pm order was in right before 11 just to receive a call 10 minutes later from the manager saying they are not making my order because she already closed everything down which is closing the store early. Then when I had said something about them closing the store early the manager then said she voided the order and hung up on me.
I ordered online for curbside. I also did read the small print about some locations not having curbside. But this location still directed me to what type of vehicle I have, etc.The employee talked about how employees got hurt walking in the parking lot. I indicated that I am right by the curb at the restaurant. She refused saying the district manager wouldn't allow it. I said that would have been very useful if I knew before I decided this location based on curbside.When I went inside, an employee acted like they were going to help me, and proceeded to go in the back, working on boxes and pizzas. I patiently waited, then another employee asked to help the person behind me, and I asked if I could have my pizza. She said they must be cooking it. I told that employee I called before entering, thinking I had curbside.I'm pretty sure, but can only surmise, they had some attitude and pretended to help me, but didn't choose to. I didn't yell or act like anyone owed me, I just ordered a pizza. The pizza was right there in the warming tray, right in the front all along. As it showed on the TV screen that my order was ready.Not good customer service by any means.A lot of signs in restaurants say be patient and kind to the workers, but I also think this should go both ways.I won't be using this location ever again based on this horrible customer service transaction.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Was told 35 minutes which is great then 1.5 hours later manager says it will be within the hour which would be another hour. Not apologetic at all and offered us to pickupWon't order again
As soon as I bit into the boneless wing, I hit something hard like a tough piece of meat or a bone, which made me throw the whole dish out. Pizza was ok, not a ton of flavor and was not hot by the time it got to me.
My children were excited to order the holiday special Triple Treat Box. The pizza was good, and the cinnamon rolls even better! My kiddos (and myself) were disappointed to not have any marina breadstick sauce included. My husband was unhappy due as when picking up, the gentleman assisting acted as though we had not paid when I used the self-service mobile app to order and pay...and even tipped! Tipping is for great service and these two negatives did not point to great service. Thanks for the opportunity to share feedback.
Black olives topping (paid for) were not on large pan pizza. The medium pizza was very overcooked and dry. Disappointing, because this location usually does a good job. Timeliness of delivery was good.
I placed my order online and received a phone call while I was in the lobby of the store to tell me that they were out of pizza dough and could not make my order. The manager offered no explanation to what went wrong and I was left hungry when all other restaurants in the area were closed.
only half my order was delivered. the driver said that was all that was given but when he looked at the receipt he saw there was two other food items missing. then when he came back with the rest of the food almost 30 minutes later it looked like it was burnt. i usually enjoy pizza hut but tht was probably the worst deliveryy
Absolutely amazing service! I placed an order at Domino’s originally for my daughters birthday and they cancelled it without even notifying me. Luckily I called this Pizza Hut and the very nice girl was able to make my order of 10 pizzas in only 20 minutes without any issues! If you want great service and good pizza go here! DO NOT use the dominoes on CR 210 they are garbage and so is their customer service!
