Ordered extra sauce, neither pizza had sauce and was very dry. Ordered extra topping, paid for them. No where to be found on pizza. Disappointed.

If you simply want to work somewhere with a good team and good management. Don't come here.

i got a cheese pizza with a pepper that had brown stuff on it, it smelled really bad this place is the worst

Papa John has good pizzas & easy to order online. I wish there was one in Nocatee!!

Better off going somewhere else!80% of the time my order is wrong, or the driver places a 2-liter bottle on top of my pizza, so I get the privilege of scraping the top of my pizza off the box. Each time I report wrong orders or issues they claim that they would give me credit and no refund. To use the said credit I must call the local store, which I did tonight. Low and behold absolutely no credit on my account. We used to order a lot from this place once or twice a week despite the issues all order over $60.00 + a nice tip for the drivers. Never again will I order anything from this store and probably any other store. Plenty of other options we can choose from, I suggest you check those out before having to deal with this place.

I have order pizza from this location 2x. Both times my pizzas (pepperoni, the works, and cheese sticks) have came RAW! I asked for a refund the first time 3 weeks ago. I haven't seen it. Second time I asked for the pizza to be remade. That pizza Also was raw dough. I used to love Papa Js, but now ill go else where. DO NoT order from here!

They no longer have live phone service and can not tell you by phone or online the wait time. Wait times are over 2 hours on weekends and they will not give you the wait time till after you pay.

Absolute worst! Ordered a pizza and app said 130 minutes. Ok, that’s a long time, but we rolled with it. Four hours after ordering, they had the nerve to deliver it. We had already attempted to call the store to cancel the order and called corporate customer service. No answer after several attempts and on hold with the store. Customer service said something to the effect, we can help you in 48 hours. If you are having issues, just call the people waiting...simple...and let the customer know what is happening so they can determine what they want to do.

The employees are friendly and willing to help but the store needs better management. Make sure you check your orders before you leave.
