Gave me the wrong pizza. Not worth the gas to drive back ???
Ordered my pizza at 650pm. Called at 8pm and was told to give it 10 more min to see if it delivers. Waited 20 more min, called back and was given a delivery time of another 30-40 min. Was also told that they are using door dash and could not track my order. Food gets here and it's super cold and limp. I like the convenience of it being up the street and Papa John's is our family favorite, however this isn't the first time that this has happened for pick up or delivery in the short time that we've lived in Murabella. Thanks Papa Johns but I think we'll be moving on. We're a family of 6 and pizza night is not cheap. I can't afford to keep buying and looking forward to food that comes under cooked, cold and an almost 3hr wait time. Appreciate the effort though. Best wishes moving forward.
I'm writing a review because I noticed there was a lot of bad views written on here. And I was a little nervous because I had already placed my order when I read these reviews but when I arrived The pizza was ready and somebody greeted me as soon as I walked inside I paid and was out within 3 minutes. Overall it was a good experience for me and my pizza is nice and hot.
Ordered the New York style loved it.will order again. Just wish when I call I get the store not a outside ordering. But it's one of the go to places.
Ordered @ 6:30 and it said 93 min approximately. I get it Friday night it’s busy. However at 2.5 hours I’m wondering where the pizza is. The kid is screaming the wife wants her pizza and I’m to blame… I called the store and the kid says he can’t find it and I didn’t order a pizza. He goes to the Gm and I hear the convo. The Gm says we’ll tough if we don’t see the order he doesn’t get pizza… after several minutes they actually locate my order and tell me it’s on its way. 30 minutes later… cold cold pizza, cold wings that are all watery and the Philly cheese steak looks like someone threw it in the box. I’m so not ok with the service, good or delivery. I’ll never use papa Johns again…Update: I was told that someone ordered 250 pizzas and 550 wings so I had to wait for them to complete that order…. So I’m less important because I didn’t purchase more pizzas ?
I went to this Papa Johns, and I ordered in the store. There was only one person in the store. I was very patient while waiting. However, a young lady who seemed to be a manager came in she was talking to the other employee running her fingers through her hair. Then she put her hair in a ponytail and went straight over to the pizza dough and started making a pizza without washing her hands. Then the other employee was counting money then after he was done went and started making the pizza without washing his hands. I can only imagine if they did that while a customer was in the store they do this all the time. I will not be going back to this Papa Johns again. The health department really needs to look into this store and make sure they are doing what they suppose to do. Someone can get sick or anything and it’s very unsanitary to not wash your hands.
Very disappointed in the last two times ordering from here!! This time pickup order was placed. Upon arrival, I was told by the counter person that my pizzas were in the oven. So, I waited outside for 15 minutes. When I went back in, a different person helped me and told me that rush orders were put in front of mine. He also said that the pizzas have not been started and I don't know who helped you previously. He also told me that I was lied to by that previous person. After sitting outside for 30 minutes, I went back inside, stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting on someone, and then finally was handed my pizzas! This will be my last trip for a long while!!!Previous time was a delivery order. Called the store after waiting 45 minutes past the expected delivery, and was told that they were short on drivers, it would be delayed, and Door Dash would deliver it. About 30 minutes later, they finally showed up. Pizza was barely warm and my family and I had to warm it up in the Microwave. Frustrating! So, I thought pickup would be a better option. Evidently not, see previous paragraph!!
I placed an order at 9:35 pm and website gave me a tracking and estimated delivery time of 35 min. Without any explanation not even an email my order was canceled at 10:40pm. Again, no text or email. I saw it was canceled because I attempted to track and it say “order cancelled - contact customer service if any questions.” Which is absurd.
My order was cold and my pizza was not cut. Im out of town for the night. Leaving in the morning.
I love there pizza I used to go to domino's but after eating here I changed my mind
