this place is so good. i didn’t talk to anyone but i ordered and got my mac and cheese in like 2 mins. easy and efficient
WORSE for my day! Myself is deaf man! I ordered for a Spinach & Artichoke Souffle, then I received one was quickly, and ran into the car with my boss way to work, but realize wrong one was Bacon Spinach Souffle not Spinach & Artichoke Souffle, then turn back to Panera Bread and request for change one, then they didn't remember what my request for change for more than 30 min I was stuck stand in there, and I saw other employment ignore me and give other customer that Spinach & Artichoke Souffle who should give me first, but gave other people for 3 to 5 times, then I asked them "them do remember me?" but they forgot and I was rebuke them get pay attention on me! They realize what them had done with me; which them did noticed me stand front them but not do something just ignore me or forgot me. They need pay attentions as well! I just saying this is no good for labor people go there for work. it's good for non-labor day. I rather go to gas station instead go there.
Staff is always friendly and food has been consistent through my visits. I find ordering on the kiosk is much quicker and you can sign up for txt alerts when your food is ready!
I loveeeeeeeee panera! its so good. Everything is just amazing except one minor convenience. the bathrooms in panera arent very sanitary. But the employees at this establishment are friendly and polite :)
I love Panera and this location adds to that love tremendously. Whether you're dining in picking up or having a delivery, your order ought to be made to your specifications and I can nearly guarantee satisfaction every time. I myself have not been let down yet. Management and staff add to the experience even in as much as they carry on their jobs dutifully.
I don’t know why I come here. Ever. Panera in general has gone so far down hill. The lettuce is ALWAYS rotten and they use the worst parts for salads which is such a cheap move. Everything tastes cheap. Today I somehow had dementia and brought my kids here for 50$ had the wrong order, half cooked food, coming out at random times. They all wear masks which makes it impossible to understand the employees.
I think everyone was very polite except the cashier Elise. She wasn’t very pleasant and she didn’t seem very happy at her job. Other than that, everyone was very polite and generous.
Been going to this Panera For years . I have noticed that there is a big turn over on the staff . I order salads most of the time . the salads have become smaller and less chicken . if there cutting back on the portions . then lower the prices .
Okay, the food was great. During my entire lunch, one of the team members used a very loud vacuum cleaner that was clogged and spewing dust. My shirt even smells like dust. It was horrible. I want my money back it was so bad.
Menu items that we wanted were not available at store ?? this is the second time this has happened to us at this store , will take a lot for us to ever return again ??
