You pay for what you get. Me and my wife got the 1/2 pound Burger, wow. Very nice. Mine medium well, hers well done. Deliver to the table as we ask, well season, fast service and great customer service. Will go again when we visit Saint Augustine again. Thanks guys. From: Bradenton Florida.
The burger was DELICIOUS! Cooked perfectly! The fries were seasoned well and match great with the burger. The chocolate malt was a little disappointing. The pieces of malt were clumpy. The waitress was sweet, but not very attentive. Frustrating to not have a drink when you’re thirsty.
Just an average burger joint. The burger tasted fine and the fries were seasoned well.The service was very good. They have a good selection of menu items. Reasonably priced.The bathrooms were NOT clean and smelled terrible. (Sticky floor, dirty toilet seat, black dust piled on top of the soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers, trash on the floor, dirty door…) nothing had been cleaned in the restrooms for quite some time which always causes me to wonder about the kitchen.
A go-to for burger and fries! Unique custom burgers (Pizza Burger is my new favorite) or build your own. Order the 1/3lb to make room for ice cream. Great hand cut fries; just as tasty if ordered with no salt.
Really good burgers. I had the one with jalapeños, I wasn’t expecting fresh ones, but there were tons of them. We also got onion rings that were fresh battered. Very good. Service was phenomenal.

First time in St. Augustine Looking for a quick bite after arriving into town. Ordered 2 burgers and fries. They were awesome and loved the special seasoning on the fries. Topped it off with Banana Cream Pie ice cream! Yum! Great food great service
Plentiful menu- lots of choices - sweet and savory, awesome service-friendly wait staff.. if you leave hungry it is your own fault!!
We had been everywhere up and down St. Augustine to eat, no parking! Thankfully we decided to go outside of town and ended up here!! Didn't have a wait and wonderful service and food was perfectly done! Had the 123stack burger and sweet potato fries and the Riberia burger! Best burgers in the area! Reasonable prices!
We happened upon 123 Burger House when we toured Whetstone Chocolate and decided to stop for lunch. We were not disappointed! Fortunately we arrived just after they opened so we were seated immediately. We noted that the restaurant quickly filled up with people waiting. We ordered burgers and fries - food came quickly. The burgers were so delicious and flavorful. The fries were seasoned with a seasoning salt and were very good. So good that I asked where I could purchase the seasoning and learned that it is a house made seasoning and not sold. Too bad. We loved the food so much we went back the next day for lunch. Definitely recommend. Ice cream is delicious too!
