Beautiful restaurant! The food was AMAZING! If you like taking pictures, tons of beautiful spots throughout for some good pics. Highly recommend!
Overall this place was good. Food was delicious and plentiful. Waitress was very active and attentive. Didn’t stay for the lounge but it looked nice.
I went twice the same day. For lunch and to hang out at night and it is a super cool spot with high quality cocktails and amazing environment with live music. Must recommended for your trip to St. Augustine.
The food and service was incredible. The menu was varied but not overwhelming, and the atmosphere was fun. We had a great dinner away from some of the crowds on the other side of the bridge. We would eat here again! We had empanadas, ceviche and the Cuban sandwich.
First our bad for eating here on a Monday at 2:30, the restaurant dead time. There was a bar tender, a waitress and some in the kitchen (won’t call that person a chef or even a cook). My son ordered grilled half chicken and rice, my husband mini arepas and chicken empanadas, and me a salad with rice and beans. My son’s chicken was ice cold in the center. Not cool. Ice cold. His rice was cold. My rice and beans were straight out of the fridge cold and they came in a bowl filled with half rice and half beans. My husband’s arepas were mushy and uncooked in the center. His empanadas tasted off with a purée in the center instead of pieces of chicken. We sent the chicken back for a new piece as well as the beans and rice. My rice came back mixed up in the bowl (it was clear they just stirred up the prior bowl). Then my son’s chicken again was ICE COLD in the center. We think you are precooking chicken and storing it in the fridge. It’s not freshly cooked. You do know that chicken should teach a certain interior temperature to be safe to eat? My husband had a very bad stomach ache within about an hour of eating that lasted the night. We sent my rice and beans back
Sat at the bar, there was no greeter. Ordered drink that were served very quickly. Also ordered food, empanadas and a Cuban that took over 40 minutes to get. We went around 130, it was not busy at all. Wouldn’t recommend with all the options around.
This place is a must visit in St Augustine, the atmosphere is great, and the service is outstanding!It has a full bar where you can order anything you like or let the bartender surprise you.And the food was so tasty, their kitchen is a great fusion of Latin cuisine, simple but delicious.
We went to Odd Birds for lunch today and sat outside on the shaded patio. Such a unique, pleasant vibe! The drinks were great, the rotisserie chicken was delicious and that mac and cheese is to die for! Haley was our server and she was outstanding!.. so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us great advice both on what to order as well as where to check out while we're in town. She was such a pleasure to speak with, and left us very satisfied! Would highly recommend Odd Birds (and Haley)! ?
Excellent atmosphere and service. Johan and Seth are masterful and will flashily make you a cocktail you won't forget. I can't speak for the food, but it's probably great as well. But come for the cocktails. Just tell them what you're craving (sweet, sour, spicy, etc.), and they'll whip something excellent up for you. I can't recommend this stop enough!
Odd Birds has more than adequate parking and boasts indoor and outdoor dining areas. Their ambiance is very restful with gardens of plants throughout. We were met with a delightful Florida smile by our server, Marlene, who expertly answered our questions about their bill of fare and exceptional custom cocktails. Odd Birds' half chicken dinner is roasted in banana leaves over an outdoor rotisserie and is, by far, the absolute best chicken dinner I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing excellent dinner with professional and friendly service, go to Odd Birds Kitchen and Cocktail Lounge. You'll be glad you did.
