Don't go to this place for a quiet evening. This bar is POPPING. The drinks were good, not too pricey and a great time. Went back two nights in a row.
The bouncers were extremely aggressive while kicking people out. They had them by the neck and we’re using as much force as possible bumping into people while doing it. They physically threw one of the guys down the stairs and quickly disappeared when the police showed up. Just because you want someone to leave doesn’t mean get to assault them on there way out. This was absolutely disgusting to watch, and based on other reviews this seems to be just how they do business.
This is a great bar, it has an awesome view of the intercoastal waterway in Fort CastilhThe prices are fair the atmosphere is great, you can sit out on their deck and smoke cigar have a drink and watch people pass by. Do you want to have a good relaxing time go to the bar.
Hands down best time we’ve had in St. Augustine!!! We made this our anniversary spot & this is our second trip this way…. Miguel can THROW DOWN in the kitchen (don’t let him hold out on you) &&&& his drinks WERE THE BEST EVER … PLUS +++ his baby has to be the custest…Ryan isn’t that bad either ?
Bartenders and drinks were great; there was a live band who played great music. It was my wife's birthday, we had a great time until when we went to leave, and my wife was a little tipsy from people buying her shots and dancing to the live music. As we were leaving, your so-called security guard started bitchin. she had sat down on the stairs while we waited 2 minutes for our Uber. Your door goons have zero respect for someone who had just spent over $150 at your establishment; you need to get that addressed. I also see you are hiring door staff. So your bartenders should learn how to properly identify real and fake id's. Laughable actually!! Just wanted to let the owners know that your staff is incompetent in differentiating real from fake and need training. Came down for a funeral from out of state and got kicked out over being falsely accused of having fake id's and it cost your business over $100 in business this afternoon. However, luckily the bar around the corner was able to correctly identify our real id's and we're able to get good service at White Lion. Good job!
I’ve been to the No Name on several occasions, always had a great time. Like most places, if you go to kick back and have fun you will. If you show up with an attitude and act like a jerk, you’ll blame everyone else and leave a bad review. Seriously, if you can’t have a good time here, you’re probably not a fun person.
It's a festive place, but just beware what you're getting into price wise when you come here. I don't why people are posting the drink prices are good for, or what they're comparing them too. If they're comparing them to south beach, then sure they're fine. But $6.75 for a corona isn't "good prices" in 95% of places. Otherwise it's a pretty chill spot, just beware that you better bring some serious $$$ if you plan on spending time there.
When visiting this bar Jan 6 a friend of mine. I as clearly roofied after a meeting with a gentleman. She had only had a few white claws and was unable to function. The GM when approached with the situation laughed. He did not show any remorse for the female or individuals involved. In fact he kicked out the party that was still there stating he will not be listening to individuals who were drinking at the establishment. I would highly recommend that you never go to this bar again. Ever. They do not care if an individual gets drugged or taken at vantage of as long as the bar makes money.
I had a five-star good time here but can't give it more than a three given that we had to make our own dance floor. You can come here and just have fun and be silly which is great.
