Hello NY Pizza order online,6-24 at 5:45 said it will be ready at 6:45. The order was on my wife’s name.She waited more than 10 minutes no problem the cashier up front all dressed in black not even a simple Hello, welcome, hi nothing… asked her after 14 minutes where was my order and she said I don’t know… I said could you ask ? No response from her … she didn’t even had a smile she was like a wall. We just moved to the area and definitely it wasn’t a good experience. There was a girl with a yellow/mustard t-shirt and I asked her about my order and she looked annoyed meanwhile there were 7 other customers waiting for their order. She didn’t even knew the order … she asked the cashier, and the only reason was because she couldn’t find the order on that wood table with all the orders… the girl in black accidentally threw my ticket with the order in the trash …seemed like nobody knew what was going on… Paid $52 + tip for a large pizza with sausage n onions/ 4 garlic rolls / and 2 meatballs smaller than golf balls and 2 chocolate cakes. Food was good but extremely bad service.it’s not only about good food it’s also about service
Just spent $91 for two large pizzas, 16 wings and 4 garlic knots. When I called to make the order they stated they couldn’t split the flavors on the wings unless I paid for two orders of 8 wings (this would cost an extra $3). They quoted me $71 over the phone and stated they delivered to my area. When the pizza arrived, they were cold. There was a surcharge of $18 with no explanation on the bill. After tipping the driver $5 I still don’t understand how they arrived at the final bill price and the driver couldn’t explain it. We’ve always loved their pizza but I’ve got to be honest, $91 is ridiculous. We didn’t even get that much for it.
Can't go wrong here.. great pizza for florida!I lived 60 miles from Chicago for 30 years so I cannot review without bias.Nothing is better thanWELLS BROS in Racine wisconsin.Did I forget to say how AWSOME wells bros is in RACINE WISCONSINsomething about that corn meal crust.. ok sorry I will stop thinking about WELLS BROS IN RACINE WI
Tried to order 2 hours in advance told I could do that and to call back 40 minutes prior to when I wanted my order. I called they said it was a 1.5 hour wait now. They weren’t even sorry. Terrible customer service. I live in here and will never come back. I’ll drive 30 minutes out of my way to get better food and service at Carmelo’s
Sad to admit I was disappointed. Large pizza was size of a typical medium pizza. Crust was thin but cheese and toppings were lacking. Had high hopes as I was looking for a new go-to pizza shop near our new home. Second issue was cost. Paid over $45 for two pizzas that were undersized and did not meet expectations. Need to explore all options in a new area. Lesson learned.
This is our "go to" pizza place, and we have been customers since it opened. At lunch we can get slices, or we can take the whole family for supper. Since the pandemic started we have been doing carryout. We think New York Pizza is the best!! Also love the garlic knots!
With all due respect, I would give half a star if I could. I ordered at 8pm after being put on hold for ten minutes and my cousin was hung up on. After ordering, I was told 4 items would take 60-70 minutes for pick up and delivery would be longer. After arriving at 8:50 I proceeded to wait after paying until 9 when the salad was made, and 9:30 when the two pasta dishes were made. I was told I would only have to wait for the garlic knots that came with the pastas. Once those were done, I had to wait another 15 minutes watching the chef do nothing while I was told I had to wait yet again for mozzarella sticks which were not made until 9:40. I left at 9:45 when I had first called at 7:50. When I got home with my order, the mozzarella sticks were soaked in the marinara. I understand things happen but when the chef is walking around doing nothing and the cashier has to make excuses for his laziness or for the fact that it took two hours to get my order and the workers were cleaning up to close around us. I’m sorry but that shouldn’t happen.
We we’re told the wait was going to be 60 minutes we ended up wait two hours! Half the food sat on the counter for over half an hour because they kept forgetting parts of our order. When we asked how long until the food was ready they’d say we we’re waiting on our garlic nots, when the garlic nots were finished they told us were missing our mozzarella sticks etc. multiple workers were also sitting around doing nothing during this. Worst experience of my life, it’s ruined the whole business for me.
Very good and large salad with grilled chicken. Garlic butter sauce was tasty. The large meatballs are some of the best ever. Cheyenne does a great job with the table service. Highly recommend.
We stopped here on our way into St Augustine. Started with a super fresh and delicious Caesar salad. We ordered a half/half pizza with my husband getting pineapple on his half. Our waitress accidentally put the order in with pineapple on the whole pizza. They put another whole pizza in with my half, sans pineapple, free of charge. We were fine with the pineapple all over the pizza but the owner was insistent on the other pizza. The garlic knots were to die for, pizza was fantastic and the service and hospitality was stellar. Thank you for a wonderful meal for the first night of our honeymoon!
