Pretty good portions only thing got barraged by flies they were everywhere , the food was good
Awesome place all around! So refreshing to see everyone on staff happy, friendly, hardworking & genuinely enjoying their job! Got there late tonight for our 1st visit & the entire staff treated us like family. We had fish dishes & they were both Fantastic! Great prices! A must!! ?
Can't say enough about Ned's, always 5 stars. A local favorite and I am thankful that it is not in the tourist area. American, Continental and seafood. Any menu selection is going to go beyond your normal expectations. Service is very professional. Don't expect some fancy upscale restaurant, Ned's has the atmosphere of a comfortable down home cafe. My family's personal favorite.
Great service! I had the Cuban, but asked for turkey instead of ham. It was about average with a healthy dose of meat. The pickles were not as fresh and crispy as I would have liked and the fries were ok. I would have much preferred fresh hand-cut and not frozen. Overall a 4/5 because of the upbeat atmosphere and wonderful server.
This was the baked ziti and it was absolutely amazing and my waitress was very nice. Would definitely eat here again

Recently 22 members of our Tampa Mercedes Benz club had lunch at Ned’s Southside after touring the nearby Classic Car Museum. We had a reservation for our group and we were seated promptly at 1 PM. Service was just great. Ned’s menu is extensive and quite reasonable. I started with a cup of their delicious conch chowder. It was large enough, but so good that I wished that I had ordered a bowl! I had the delicious, huge San Jose Salad with apples, nuts and cheese - also excellent. Lynn had a delicious Philly Cheese Sandwich. This is a small restaurant with limited parking so if you plan to take a group please make a reservation. Ned’s is on our list for a return trip for sure.

This place never disappoints, dine in or take out. Our server was a top notch pro - took order for 4, no pad, no mistakes. They were busy and kept a good pace. Portobello sandwich was excellent. Friends loved the Reuben and the Philly. One doesn't eat fries much but polished these off. Never anything less than excellent here!
