Just drove in from Austin, TX. Long day on the road, new to St Augustine area, and starving. We order food at McDonalds. Young man at drive thru this evening at 8:40 pm was RUDE!!! After he scowled at us when we said hello, he handed us our food and walked away from the window before we could ask for ketchup. Of course there was none in our bag. Our food was TERRIBLE- cold and dry. Awful customer service and inedible food are what this place has to offer. I will go to Chic fil instead of McDonalds in the future!!!
Further away, but super excellent customer service at the drive thru window today. Two gentlemen working were very nice and made my day finally getting good customer service! I’ll drive past the one on Pacetti any day just to have friendly service! Good job McDonald’s!
Supposed to be open 24 hours a day. I wait in line to order my food at 11:00pm. When I make it to the drive thru to order. The lady says, \\\"thanks for choosing McDonald's. We are currently closed.\\\" At least turn the lights off so people don't waste their time waiting in line.
Stopped here because Dunkin and Chick fila were packed. The manager was running around and super stressed. Only 2 other employees around and neither appeared to be working. They were out of coffee and the unsweet tea was water. Food was subpar even to McDonald's standards.
Went to get breakfast before work this morning order meal got first window and paid for it. Went to second window. The lady had bag and juice in hand my husband ask her one at time please because my window only goes down semi half way it broke and she gave us attitude my husband say you don't have to give us attitude. She went off on and threatened she will slap us and was saying alot of bad names. I will never eat there again.
It's McDonald's. So it's never going to be the greatest food on the planet. But, this particular store exemplifies \\\"FAST\\\". Second time in a week I've gone, only to find the drive thru line incredibly long. I bypassed the drive thru by actually going in. And they services the people in the store faster than those in the drive thru. Very efficient. Very fast. 5 stars.
We stopped at this McDonald's for my wife to use the restroom. She usually likes to use a McDonald's because they are so clean. She said this one was not clean at all - very dirty and not well taken care of. We will not stop here again.
Was in North Carolina overnight. After one hour \\u0026 a half stopped at McDonald's \\u0026 ate breakfast. Both of us had the McBride. One with bacon \\u0026 other with sausage. Delicious ?
99% of the time I go here they get my order correct and the food is as desired.
If you order through the app for curbside pickup it is fast but if you to to the drive through you'll wait forever, sometimes almost an hour if not more. I would recommend either going inside to order or mobile order if you don't want to wait . Other than that it's great and all of the employees that I've seen have been nice and helpful everytime.
