Honestly and I do not complain much.. but this is the slowest McDonald’s in America. I could leave my car parked in the line of the drive through.. run a mile and it still wouldn’t have moved. This McDonald’s is seriously known for being a snail. I hardly ever eat fast food to begin with but when I think of going to this place and I arrive it is the same experience each time.
We pulled up to a kiosk. There was a car at the other kiosk. When that car pulled forward we waited. I called out to them to see if anyone was there and then bam another car in the other lane, they got helped. Instead of waiting, thinking maybe their system was broken I pulled forward. I let them know that the car in front of me came after me and that I couldn't raise anyone on the speaker and the lady was super rude and loudly proclaimed that she was running the order window and the till window and it was just her by herself nd she couldn't be in both places at once. I never even got to get out that we thought the speaker may have been broken. She didn't even offer to take our order. Interestingly enough, when we pulled up to the first window there she was talking to some guy in the breezeway as if we didn't exist, until she turned around.We left with a bad taste in our mouth and if this is the kind of cst svc we get then who needs this worker, or this branch I mean sheesh. I'd say maybe she didn't like out of staters but she couldn't see my plate.Might I suggest your employees get a bit of cst svc training. I deal with way more people than she does in a day on a much higher and higher stressed job and I still don't snap,
These 5 Star reviews must be Fakes or employees.Because it is highly unlikely anyone would write voluntarily a 5 star review for this S-Hole ! I just witnessed TWO customers WALK OUT because the female employee told them to use the Kiosks to place an order. But, the employees are laughing, playing around and yelling in the back . But, they have no time to take an order! ONLY at McDonalds can you basically tell customers to F-Off and STILL survive or STILL have a job. Cheap unhealthy food and the WORST Customer Service you could ever hope to pay for !
Kinda feel bad for the rating I'm giving her but after the rating I just gave Taco Bell and explaining why it was so Awesome!... Sorry McDonald's,... Service, food and clean... Oh no, not even close. Have some pride in the job you do no matter what it is.
Rude , Unprofessional and make it clear they DONT want your business.You won’t visit many other McDonalds that are as Unprofessional as this one. The employees fight with each other, scream vulgarities and stand there and look at you when you try to order and act like you are bothering them. .And to top it off, they make it Clear they DON’T want you in the dining room , because they Jack UP the air conditioning to make the dining room feel like a 50 degree refrigerator so you’ll catch pneumonia if you stay for more than 3 minutes . UNREAL!AVOID this Unpleasant Experience unless you're VERY Desperate .AND NO, I'm NOT an ex-employee that they seem to blame negative reviews on. . Id even prohibit my children from ever working in this Vile environment.
Kids enjoyed it… ok I guess for McDonalds. Staff not too friendly but fries were hot and chicken sandwich good.
We visit this McDonald's frequently and it is always clean, has friendly employees and serves hot food quickly and efficiently. Service at its drive-through is especially good.
One of the worst McDonalds you will ever have the misfortune of visiting. Employees are rude, Vulgar employees swearing and fighting with each other and they’ll just stand there and look at you standing in line at the counter. Got a laugh out of the comments below that says the negative reviews are from disgruntled employees. I think its funny because the negative reviews are Dead On! Go ahead and visit inside this McDonalds, especially at night, and you are likely to hear screaming and yelling and F BOMBS flying like geese.. Incredibly Unprofessional, Vulgar people working at this place.
Nearly a 1/2 cup onion dumped on my cheeseburger! Drive thru girl very Impolite, mgr not much better.
McDonald's restaurants in Australia and France have a reputation for being better than those in America.So I'm on my way right now to Australia to get my two mayonnaise packets ??
