I went to this Mc Donald’s at 10:50 (they close at 11) and a man came over the speaker and asked if I was using the mobile app, I said no. Next a woman comes over the speaker and said sorry we’re closed I said but you just took the order of the man in front of me and someone started to take my order. Also you guys don’t close until 11. I drive up to the window after they ignored me and no one came to the window. At 10:53 I called twice and no one answered. I am furious that they get 15-17 buck a hour for acting like they are closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Food was good, but they shorted us a hash brown. I heard my husband order it for me, but they didn't type it in. No lt a huge issue, but I would've liked the hashbrown.
Poor food quality, not friendly service. Didn't even look at me while handing food thru window, just shoved bag out the window
Ice cream/shake machine “never works” aka no one cleaned it. One lane drive through and went to walk in at 7:40 the manager said I’m closing the inside. Do not recommend at all. Don’t know who owns this franchise but they might want to send the female manager to customer service training as she was incredibly rude.
Food was room temperature and just not good. Nuggets tasted old. McDonald's fries are always typically good... not today. Room temperature and an after taste, like old grease.
Your average fast food experience. Staff were friendly and did a good job. Restaurant was clean for the most part. Food of course is standard, I personally do not enjoy it.
This place just horrible in customer service. Cold fries and haveany tech issues. They don't own up to there issues we instead have to take it. Oh and don't get sause in the mobile app theu will only give you 1 sause for a large fries which is ridiculous when you get 1 for a small a large should at least allow to get 3.
Don't mobile order here if you planning on getting sause they charge for Sause 25 cents. I had bought a large fry and wanted 3 sause and they wanted to charge and only say they can give me 1. I share my fries but not my sause especially with the whole pandemic going on. If you order a small fry you get one a large is 3 or 4 times a small so stop being so cheap over sause it's so sad. In top of that there fried were old greasy tasting and the apple pie hard as a Rock. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt maybe employees having a bad day and all 3 times I had a horrible experience and no customer service in this place. Last time they had system issues and wanted to charge me and not accept my mobile order wasting more of my time and then I'm loosing on my mobile rewards. Go to the one on A1A way better service and they don't charge for extra sause.
Place is dirty and appears run down. Had to clean off table with wet napkins. Ordered two quarter pounder sandwiches. One was missing the ordered cheese, the other had mayonnaise when it was stated on the order to omit it. The replacement sandwiches were correct, but undercooked and raw. The register was missing paper so we couldn’t get a receipt. The ladies bathroom was filthy, the purse hook on the stall door was broken off, the toilet paper holder was falling of the wall, and there was water leaking from under the commode.The “1800 6 tell me” number was answered by someone who immediately told me that I should go on line to make a comment, but ( reluctantly) would take my report. I hung up when she kept speaking over me instead of helping me.
WENT TO THIS MCDONALD’S NEAR EPIC THEATERS AROUND 915pm AND I RECEIVED THE WORST FOOD EVER. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. I ORDERED A BIG MAC WHICH LOOKED LIKE THE MEAT HAD BEEN COOKED SINCE 10:30am FRIES WERE COLD AND BURNT AS IF THE OIL IS DIRTY AND A FISH COMBO. THE FISH TASTED AWFUL AND MADE ME SICK. PLS DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS MCDONALD’S LOCATION. I’M POSTING PICTURES OF THE BIG MAC. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE.
