The staff was very rude. The kiosk didn't work so we had to order at the counter which was terrible experience. I got my order, finally, along with the attitude. The chicken mcnuggets were barely warm, at best. So my wife, who hadn't ordered, and I drove to SR16 McDonalds and finished ordering there. SR16 was extremely friendly, and a clean place to eat at.
So.. we couldn't find our daughters last night. And we are trying to knock on the window to ask if the girls made it to their store. The lady there rudely did a sign that they were closed. And digned us to go away. I understand for safety reason they need to be cautious too.. but We even asked and giving her a please sign that it's an emergency. Still didn't help up. I know it's not their job but it would have been helpful if they answer some of our questions. Also, we bought food here and their nuggets are dry and my daughters milk was bad...? I don't mind it at all because i can give my daughter a new milk, i wasnt going to put a review after that bad milk bur after last migjt.night.. I thi k I earn to say my honest opinion. I think the staffs needed to be trained how to properly answer/serve their customers.
After waiting 29 minutes and not once even being asked what are you waiting for or even a nod, I asked for and got a refund. There were 3 or 4 other patrons with screwed up orders. As I was getting my money back for my sandwich and drink by the rudest lady I have EVER encountered in a fast-food restaurant, she was telling the cashier to stop taking orders as they were too backed up to take any more orders. At no time were there any apologies or explanations offered to the crowd. Having managed and owned fast food businesses, the severity of attitude was a shock. The next time I want a fish sandwich I will just go fishing. The one star I gave is an over rating.
It was AWFUL ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits. Came out with cheese!!! I hate cheese. Decaf coffee must have been made yesterday, it was so old you could smell it. I won't be back. I'll make sure all my friends know how truly bad this place is.
I live down the street from this McDonald's. It has to be one of the worst I've ever been to. The service is horrible. They don't want to wait on you and tell you to use the kiosk. The service and breakfast food is terrible if you can even get an order processed. There is constantly a sign on the door saying short staffed and to use the drive thru. Just the worst I've ever seen for a McDonald's. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed and so should corporate. However, post COVID, nobody seems to care anymore about good customer service. I recommend folks stay away from this establishment
Absolute rudest drive thru. A young “woman” took our order, and she barely enunciated her words. Each word she spoke was dipped in hatred and I’m assuming, self loathing. As we ordered, she audibly sighed after each item. When I asked to have no lettuce, she became angry and sassy. She asked us, “Is that all?” And when I said no, and that we had one more order, she said, “Ohhhhhhhhhhhh maaaaiiiiiiii gawewwddddddd!” Absolute WORST fast food worker I have ever met. Sadly, management, also on headset, just let the rude lil’ child working drive thru keep being a brat who should be fired tonight.
I went back today to prove a point about this mc.donalds store. I ordered 2 cheeseburger and a small fries a mc frappe mocha and a hot fudge Sunday. You can see in my photos how the small fry had hardly any French ? fries in it the cheeseburgers ? were ice cold and frappe had runny whipped cream that must of been left out of the refrigerator and a big dump of hot fudge on it when the whipped cream should always be to the top of the top cover and the drizzle on it should be neat, same for the hot fudge sunday! My ? fries were ice cold and so wasn't the meat on the cheeseburgers, I had to save all of it to give to my ? dog.I advise everyone local and tourists do not go to this nasty Mc. Donald's store which the managers don't know how to train the cook's to only hold the meat for the times that is the MC Donald's standard's,plus the French fries have a time limit on them and afterwards you must discard them, same goes for the meat, breads,and breakfast items too; the reason I know this is because I worked at 2 mc.donaldslocations in New York city for 5 1/2 yrs and was a shift manager. They do not live up to MC Donald's standard's!??? My order was to go and I had to make them put my drinks in a holder and my food bag couldn't even go into the bag so I had to hold 2 bags instead of 1! Really horrible customer service here!
At sometime before 04:00 every morning this place closes its “24 hour drive thru service” With construction cones. This is not 24 hour service. Absolutely zero stars. Everybody in Saint Augustine is so lazy and will not work like they’re supposed to. Less than eight dollars an hour please
No receipt at the kiosk. Didn't deliver the food tray to my table despite needing a number tag that instructed me to wait at my table for the food to be delivered. Staff yelled curse words and racial slurs at one another and ran outside multiple times. Otherwise, the food was what you would expect of McDonald's and I even got the 2 for $6 deal on my sandwiches. Will never visit again.
The lady manager is extremely rude. We ordered food and she wouldn't give us a receipt. The food was made wrong and was old and disgusting. We asked for a fry that was missing and she was extremely rude about that too like it was out fault that they messed up. I've went to some bad McDonald's before but this was the worst by far!!!
