Good homemade ice cream. They are open later than most places in the area. There are employee favorites you can order by name, which is a nice touch.
Ice cream tasted good but then I found a hair buried inside my bowl of ice cream... Maybe they need to wear hair nets or something.
Short staffed but good service once you get to the end of the line. It looked like they over fill the small cup and under fill the regular so you get about the same just pay a dollar more. Ice cream always good here.

I had their sweet orange sorbet and it was delicious. My boyfriend had the cotton candy and it was also really good. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the flavors here.
The ice cream was good, but the customer service was horrible. The employees were only worried about gathering someone’s phone number… there were at least 10 people in line and one of the employees ran outside to give/get a boys phone number. They talked about this the entire time we were in line, and we were asked at least 4 times what we ordered. No one was taking the money, and even made an extra ice cream because they were too busy talking.
Excellent ice cream and the white chocolate waffle covers were delicious.
We went today (5/6/22) around 2:30/3pm. The girl working was by herself. She served many guests, answered the phone, and handled a cake pick up flawlessly. She never seemed irritated, annoyed, nor did she changed her tone in her voice. She was pleasant, calm, and made our experience so enjoyable as well as many others. The girl needs some help, but most importantly a raise! She was awesome!
Such a great local place! It was a little overwhelming for someone with sensory sensitivities but the associates were patient and understanding even with a line out the door! Great ice cream, phenomenal service! Will definitely return!
Visiting st. Augustine and decided to stop by and this place is great. Clean bathrooms, friendly owner, and overall clean place. The icecream was really good and affordable plus they were pretty big portion sizes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable great icecream.
