While the Dole Whip was wonderful...PLEASE STOP advertising yourFisn 'n Chips as "golden fried batter dipped fillets of fish" (picture on menu)It is a GROSS, MUSHY TASTELESS BREADED FISH STICK served with lukewarm LEATHERY, GRAINY FRIES! FOR $12!!!WE SPIT THEM OUT & THREW THEM IN THE TRASH IMMEDIATELY!!After having a lovely day in St Aug., it was almost ruined with this lousy food.

We were enjoying spring break in St. Augustine and wanted to try some of the restaurants and shops on George St. I read the reviews about this place and a lover of pineapples I thought I would give it a try. My nephew got the cotton candy dots (not sure of the name). I asked the cashier what’s the most popular, she said the pineapple float. I didn’t want that so I asked which was better the plain pineapple or the pineapple-vanilla swirl. She recommended the swirl. The flavor was really rich. The first taste was good but I got cloyed quickly. I would recommend the swirl if you’ve never had pineapple ice cream before as the vanilla adds a little balance to the tangy punch. If you are sharing it with someone then it probably will be the perfect amount without feeling cloyed. Try it you might enjoy it especially on a very hot summers day.
I would NOT recommend going here. I normally love this place (I WAS a regular). Today I paid $8 for a dole whip float that was all juice and no dole whip. When I say no dole whip I'm talking maybe 5 bites of dole whip. I'm allergic to dairy I drive 40 minutes just to specifically go here. I'm incredibly disappointed. Not worth the visit. Won't be back for a long time and will no longer recommend Likit to anyone. ?????
Disappointed with our experience. The young lady at the window didn’t acknowledge us for several minutes as she was very engrossed with her phone. The Dole Whip was ok but they were out of vanilla swirl so it was not the same for me
Was disappointed by the experience we had last night. When we walked up to the counter the 2 girls did not look up from their phones to acknowledge us. Our son ordered a chocolate cone and bottled water. We were instructed to grab a bottled water from an open cooler in front of the shop, which had trash & chewed gum floating in the melted ice.

Rude customer service as well as my chicken literally not even being cooked and waited so long for it and servers literally have no manners but at least the ice cream was good and I’m glad they said if we come back they wouldn’t serve us because trust me I wouldn’t go there again honey.
This is one of my favorite places to get a cool treat. The people who work inside are always very nice and friendly. In fact they are great and add so much fun to our visit!Pro tip: stop by City Gate Distillery, pick up some Pineapple Rum, then get a dole whip and add some rum to make a super delicious adult treat. It makes this nice little treat so yummy!
