I enjoy Kilwin’s but lately I’ve considered not returning. The last two times I went I had to ask the employees to put gloves on after handing me a cone without gloves. Most, if not all, of their employees are kids and only a couple of them have good customer service. Also, their hand sanitizer machines have been empty for around one month now.
Took me a bit to select an ice cream place, but after multiple comparisons went back to favorite! I eat at Kilwins everywhere I go and I am not sure if I find them or they find me.
We really enjoyed our stop here! I wish I could remember the name of the young man who served us the morning of 7/3/22. He was incredibly kind and attentive. If you don't go for the chocolates and ice cream, definitely stop in for the kind staff and delicious smelling caramel apples.
Kilwins is always a hit with the kids and adults in our family. Their caramel apples are AMAZING, and the toasted coconut ice cream tastes like Girl Scout Samoa cookies! It’s my favorite.
An amazing selection of ice cream, fudge, caramel apples and so much more. Everything I've ever gotten from kilwins has been delicious whether it's this location or another. The aroma when you walk in is amazing and makes me want to buy everything in sight.
The Praline Pecan ice cream was soooo delicious!
I took my two grandson's for a waffle cone ice cream. Plain old vanilla, but they totally enjoyed them. Very nice staff.
We stop here every single time we visit St. Augustine.Always been a favorite of ours.
