KFC is like the K Mart of chicken places. They should have closed down long time ago. The stores are dirty, the food is insipid, the workers look as if they have been condemend to work there, the drink selection is pathetic, and the bathroom are not clean. I ordered the 3 piece meal, tenders, and it was awful. This after not going for over 5 years, but nothing has changed. Very likely I won't be going back for another 5.
Lobby was locked with sign on the door stating "door unlocked for pickup orders". App indicated my order was ready at 6:59pm, and I watched an employee place an order on the pickup rack. The employee looked me in the eye standing outside. Employee turned around and went to do something else. 5 minutes later after knocking on the door several times, another employee came to the counter and motioned to the side of the building. I thought there was maybe another entrance, but there was only the drive through window with several cars in line. I came back to the front door and knocked again, and this time the employee that motioned me around the first time came and unlocked the door. Later found out he was the "manager ". He told me I had to get in the drive through line and go to the pickup window. I explained to him that my Semi truck was at the hotel across the street and I couldn't drive through. He said to stand in line with the cars and wait my turn. I directed him to the order that was on the rack that should have been mine. He ignored me and locked the door. There were no other choices for food, and I had already paid for my order in the app, so I went and stood in line with the vehicle traffic to get to the window. It was 7:35 before I ever got my order... it was cold, it was regular and not crispy, and it was regular and not diet Pepsi. I have always been a fan of KFC, but this is likely my last visit to a KFC, and I have deleted the app. I am a professional driver, and have no choice but to eat out most days. Every driver I know will hear about my experience, and your organization should be absolutely ashamed of your performance.
Food was so cold plus I didn't get what I order, people who work there at the window was very rude on Feb 3 about 7,,,,,,,No need going back there.
Chicken was great and the fries? OMG I didn't know they had good fries like they do! Money well spent.
Honestly a solid KFC, Mac and cheese could have been a bit fresher but all and all pretty good.
I am down with COVID so hubby went to the drive thru to pick us up some lunch. He ordered a two piece crispy white meat dinner with fries and lemonade. They got most of it right, the chicken. My lemonade turned into Diet Pepsi and my fries became mashed potatoes and gravy.\\n\\nHis two dark meat portions were more appetizer sized. His unsweetened tea, was sweet.\\n\\nThis was our third, and last visit to this restaurant. They never get the order correct.
Arrived 7:30 pm Saturday. Ordered 8 chicken tenders meal. 2 slaw, 1 mashed no gravy. Received Thighs and legs. Cold.Biscuits, hard as rocks. Conveniently printer just runs out of paper. No proof of order. Tried calling to complain. Won’t answer. NEVER AGAIN. $31 wasted since we don’t like that part of the chicken. .
Had to go back in multiple times the food was cold and burnt. They also locked the doors when there were people inside and it was only about 6pm
Biscuits were small the food was great though so Merry Christmas everyone.
Very unfriendly staff, would not answer simple questions without getting an attitude with us. We took our money elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.
