6/17/22Earlier today, I got my order from the drive thru, as I normally do, from time to time. Getting home and taking the first bite of my chicken tender, I immediately knew something was up. This batch and my son's batch of chicken tenders were by far THE VERY BEST tenders we've eaten from fast food.. it was so remarkable that I took the time to call the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She was delightful (I think partially because I wasn't a complaining customer). ?The cook responsible for making such deliciousness is named, JULIUS. What was particularly the standout for me was the crunchy coating. He fried them perfectly. I so enjoyed those little tenders. I hope Julius is working the next time I visit.And for Julius, I am now giving this location 5?.
Nastiest chicken I've has in 58 years of life. We went through the drive through yesterday, and was initially told they were out of chicken, then the manager told the order taker that they were not completely sold out. We placed an order, and would much rather have had them be out of chicken than to waste our money on the mess we received. Every piece of chicken was filled with broken pieces of bones as if the chickens had been ran over by a car. Grease was dripping off of each piece as well. The side of corn was dried out and hard like Indian Corn. We ended up throwing everything away. With food prices increasing as they are, they should be ashamed to serve customers garbage like this. KFC just saw my last dime...
Gave up on this place for good, everything you order is messed up !! Went through take out window and ordered an 8 piece family meal and only had 7 pieces of chicken, the biscuit box had 10 crammed in and beside the 2 large sides I ordered an extra and paid extra, that sadly didn't make it into the bag!!! Too many youngsters work there and don't take a job seriously!! And you wait for awhile at the menu screen before anyone acknowledges you.
First time at this particular Kentucky fried Chicken everything was fresh and hot and I do like their new containers nothing spills they did forget to give me some napkins but that's okay it was still worth it
Every time I go to this KFC my order is short something... Last time it was the gravy in a 8 pc bucket meal... Okit was late and I didn't check the order good,,, my bad... This time my 8pc was short a breast... I shouldn't have to set at the drive through and count dam chicken... Employees standing around (could see through window) and still can't do a simple order... Worst of all I was the only customer there.... Won't go back..... To top it off no thank you or have a good day or nothing...
NO INSIDE EATING. Why? What poorly run KFC! It's been that way for years. Please, someone buy it and operate it properly.
Messed up order and didn’t even remember the order when we got up to the window. Food was nasty. Beyond nuggets were hard and tough. 4 different drinks all tasted stale like bad water and no syrup. Fries tasted old.
I spent almost $45 for a 16 piece bucket that comes with 4 sides. I asked for mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and Mac n cheese. Instead I got 3 sides, 2 coleslaw and a Mac n cheese. Im done giving this company my money because this isn't the first time they've messed up the order.
When you order a meal I thought it came with a biscuit obviously the chicken famous bowl doesn't,. That doesn't mean put it together with your chicken that you've had for about an hour and a half that's not even fresh cuz I know I used to work there with that being said you have a time limit in which you're supposed to throw something away and start cooking again you better stick by it this is not cool at all
It's no secret. This is the worst KFC ever. Chic Fil A runs circles around this place. Do St Aug a favor and bulldoze this place and build a Popeyes from the ground up
