EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY BY A “MANAGER”.I walked in from a long day of work, not to mention I’m big and pregnant. I’m really hungry and I’m the mood for a tuna sub. I love the tuna. As stated I walked in and the employee at front counter looks me dead in my face and turn his head and starts talking back with 2 people eating. Fine. I gave him a moment to at least greet me. I’m already ready because I know what I wanted. He then looked me in my face again and said nothing with an unpleasant look on his face and snatched a glove. So I politely left because at this point I’m uncomfortable and felt disrespected. I turned around when I got out the door and he was laughing and talking like he did not just disrespect and lose a paying customer! I immediately called and asked for a manager. He said he is the manager. I chose not to further my conversation with him. The owner needs to be aware of his behavior because he must have a problem with black people
I really wish they would add a tip option on their card payment. With labor shortages it's really nice to have these guys busting their butts to make sure we can grab a quick lunch for under $10.
I've been ordering from this location since they opened. Ordered some freaky fast delivery because I had a lot to do and had to get going. I waited over an hour then called. I was told my ordered had been canceled because no drivers. The order tracker said out for the delivery. I asked the guy on the phone why no phone call was made to let me know the food was not coming, he said well we're busy... I'm busy too and don't appreciate my time being wasted.A couple days after I left my my review Jimmy John's did reach out to me and gave me an opportunity to voice my discontent. I appreciate that, and in that conversation I felt that they made things right. I also appreciate the pro active approach that they took. Thanks Jimmy John's for listening to your customer and not being afraid to reach out.
Tuna and cucumber sub was tasty and fresh. Quick service and friendly staff.
$18 for two slims with chips and drink. Poor atmosphere outrageous prices or someone putting money in their pocket. Won’t be back good luck!Extremely disappointing store!
I find it ridiculous that, because a promotion that has to be used online and DOESN'T WORK, a store can't accommodate. It's even worse when the representative on the phone catches attitude because of it. If you can see my order history, you'd see I'm a regular. Sucks that I won't be anymore.Enjoy your Sunday afternoons, since you get to close so early.
