Food is absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! I usually order either the "Pancake" combo, but order the crepes (my true craving) instead of pancakes, or I order an amaaazing omelette with fresh, hot ingredients every time. Staff are friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are relatively clean. Unfortunately, there is usually a wait and sometimes a long one. If you don't mind waiting, the food is awesome! I'll admit, the restaurant doesn't look appealing on the outside; it's outdated and run-down, but the food, breakfast, in my experience, is worth it.
I've always enjoyed IHOP, but it was a bit disappointing this time. When my server asked me if I wanted steak sauce or ketchup with my sirloin tips, eggs and hash browns. I replied no, that I like my meat to taste like meat, no seasoning needed. But, when I took my first bite I noticed it was preseasoned meat. He didn't come back to check on me not once. So by the time I flagged him over and he was surprised that I didn't need a to-box. I told him that the meat was seasoned, he said yeah, that's how it comes. So, I paid about $15 for eggs, hash browns and coffee. No apologies or nothing so there you have it
WOW! I came to this Ihop yesterday because it was my birthday breakfast. They have really good service, and I think his name was Cameron who served us, he was awesome.I will say though, it could be just a teeny bit cleaner. That means nothing bad, there were just a few food scraps on the table and my cup had a very small, but stuck to it piece of something? It didn't ruin anything, so this Ihop was a great breakfast. ?
It was great the guy who served us was excellent. I left him a nice tip. The food was good. It seems like a popular place.
Ordered steak tips with corn, mashed potatoes and side salad on website for pick up. Get there and was told we’re out of potatoes, you can have hash browns or fries. Food was already dished sitting in window. Had a 6 minute wait for hash browns. Get home food is cold and no salad. Called the restaurant and then was told they didn’t have salad but don’t worry I wasn’t charged for it. Excuse me if the cost of my food included a salad then yes I was charged for it!
Had a great experience and the best breakfast at this IHOP. Ashley is really welcoming and just made our day. She is the best. Don't miss this amazing place in St. Augustine.
Very bad experience, the waitress discriminated against us because we were Latino, we decided to wait almost 40 minutes outside and when we entered, other people arrived and there was no use waiting for them, he passed right after us, she served them first, and we decided to wait even more, we had to wait now. that with us we had children and they had to eat. a very bad deal
I ordered two hamburgers a portion of chicken tenders, the chicken tenders were reheated (old), the hamburger meat was raw and the bacon was reheated as if it had been fried once more, and the silverware was dirty
The food was good. For one in my party, the over medium eggs were under cooked and we sent them back. The new ones came out a little over cooked but were ok. A piece of debris floating in my wife's water, sent it back and everything else about the meal was good. We got the check and was billed for five sodas and only suppose to be charged for four sodas and one water. The waitress corrected it and took one of the sodas off. Over all it was a good experience.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was great. Our server was very cheerful and did a great job. The New York cheesecake pancakes were AWESOME!!
