First time I've ever left a restaurant hungry. The 1/2 rack of ribs was tiny. It tasted well enough, though a little dry, but there was very little meat on these 3" wide ribs. And the server we had, could use some additional training or to consider a different line of work. (His name began with an F).My dinner companions' meals were ok. They were full. Overall the food was mediocre and service was terrible.
Bella was an excellent server who really went the extra mile today to ensure my food didn't include something I'm allergic to. Our food was perfect and the service was great. All while training a new server Kayla who was also very sweet. We will be back!
From being greeted by Jeff, to the amazing service by Chris, to the manager, Greeta, coming by the table and making sure we were good, everything was "dine"-o-mite! My kids thoroughly enjoyed their meal and mine!
Started off not so great. Hostess sat us right behind her station. After waiting about 15 minutes and no one coming to even bring water or take a drink order we asked her who was our server, instead of waiting any longer we moved ourselves to the bar. That was the best move!!! Savannah was our bartender and brought our drinks , made food recommendations and provided very quick service. The food was very good. But Savannah was the BEST! Upon return I won't bother sitting at the tables I'll go directly to the bar and enjoy the best service you can get there. Thanks for out to her and her manager that took time to say hello.
The service was very good and they do have a good beer selection. I like going there.This is just a suggestion. Have at least a vegetarian dinner. The person I was with had nothing to eat. A simple veggie burger would have worked. Just saying.
The place is big and clean. There are TVs everywhere and there is an outside area. The food is decent.
If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would . Just had two burgers delivered they were half cooked and we ordered them well done. There was no ketchup or mustard or silverware. We called them to let them know about it. The person on the phone said he would remake them but we would have to come and get them. I thought ok fine. Wrong . He was going to remake them but he was also going to charge us again. I will DEFINITELY not eat at this hole in the wall again
Recently visited with family for a couple of weekday lunches. Service and food was very good. The place was not too crowded and there were plenty of servers and support staff.The Gators own hot sauce is delicious...just the right amount of flavor and heat (I chose to have with grilled chicken tenders). Although not my thing, the Spinach Artichoke Melt also got very good reviews. I also had a cheeseburger that was done just right and tasted terrific.There is a wide variety of food and we had sandwiches, burgers and tenders...all were very good. There are still menu items I have not tried, so will definitely visit next time I am in the area.
Saw this place on the way to St. Augustine and thought I'd stop for a bite. Everything was good except I got the French fries ends and pieces. Being next to the World Golf Village wouldn't have expected that.The staff was nice but pretty slow.
Its nice to go to a place where a parent doesn’t have to worry about young women or girls being looked at inappropriately or actually perved on at the bar area. Self policing by clientele at the bar? Probably! Still, it’s nice to be in a place where decorum and manners matter. No dirty..
