I only give this place one star ⭐ for the reason I ordered 3 Hero subs from here and got home and all of them were wrong not what I ordered so I call them and spoke to the manager and he advised me that he was going to mail me gift cards for the mix up and said sorry. So I never got anything in the mail for 2 months so I called back up there and then told me o we'll. I was like really so I drove down to the store today and the same manager was there and I asked him if he remembers me and he said yes .so I asked him about what happened and now he can't do anything anymore. So sad my family went there a lot not anymore
I order frequently from firehouse subs and the quality is generally outstanding, however when I order online I frequently have items missing. Today I was missing two brownies which I paid for and there was no pickle on the side and there was no chopped pickle which I requested in my tuna. someone needs to be doing quality checks before these items are sent out through a delivery service.

Stopped in for a drink while shopping and the service was amazing and so friendly. Highly recommend.
DoorDash the food to my house. Wonderful food very tasty turkey sub. Quick service. Only thing is I could’ve used some more cheese.
What happened? I know staffing is hard, but this location does not put out a solid product. This was my go to for lunch 3-4 days a week, but now I think about how disappointed I’ll be. The staff does not say “welcome to firehouse”, the service is slow and the product is not worth it. I’ve had multiple sandwiches that weren’t steamed and order is wrong half the time. I hope they can turn it around and be what it was before.
Such good food, such horrible service
This place is usually phenomenal. Just don't go after 7pm, because they just seem occupied with cleaning to close. Which, clean is good...but not at the sake of your customers order. My sandwich was very lopsided - everything on one end, with half an empty roll. Never had that happen here before, but never ordered this late either. I'll certainly return though.
the subs were really good and staff very nice and friendly
Not too happy with my visit today. When I walked in, nobody was waiting for their food, so I thought it would be quick service. However, my sub took over 7-10 minutes to come out. The staff members seemed more keen on having a conversation about video games than preparing subs. The customer who ordered behind me complained about the service too. On top of the long wait, when I arrived home I realized they gave me a smoked bbq sub instead of my hook and ladder. After this disappointing experience I cannot recommend this firehouse location.
