I've never had a better experience anywhere. The staff is especially courteous. Angie, Makayla, Madison, Harmony, Samarra and Nate the sandwich guru. Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail. 5$ tip is hardly enough to show my appreciation. I hope this review expresses my experience and gratitude.
Been going to this Dunkin’ for a long time, they are super friendly and very helpful, Kelsey and Sonya are very helpful and outstanding customer service. They remember my order every morning when I come in every AM and the coffee is always perfect and good and donuts are very fresh. Thank you guys for always being in a good mood very early in the morning! See you guys tmrw morning for my large French vanilla ice coffee xtra cream and xtra sugar!
Unfortunately there isn’t a zero star option here. I always try to be considerate of local businesses but this time was just to much! This is the second time dealing with the little blond snot running the drive thru or register, I'm not really sure. In this case I was directed to a kiosk when there were literally 5 employees standing there ignoring me with their backs to me. After telling her no and paying with cash for assorted doughnuts she proceeds to start picking my doughnuts for me and ignoring my request. I asked her since when do the paying customers not get to choose their doughnuts? I was told well you wanted assorted. Ok if I was ordering online and not standing right in front of you telling you what I want I could see you picking them. That is not the case here. She was smirking at me and the other little girls working in the store like oh well, take it or leave it. No thanks, I will be leaving them. Won’t see me back in this store. My business will go where customers matter.
Lately DD hires people at the drive through who are either rude, smart mouthed, not familiar with coffee, or fail to listen to you. Really annoying. I'm certain the only reason they do any business is people's unwillingness to forego coffee or doughnuts.
The staff at the Shores Dunkin are wonderful. Always friendly and efficient.I love the avocado roasted tomato toast.
Worse customer service ever! Completely ignored at the counter for walk-in service. Staff kept their back to us. After standing at the counter for too long, was told that they were not logged in and we had to use the kiosk. They were told it said it was off line. Had enough of the attitude of the blonde female. Walked out and spent our money elsewhere. Will not be back!
They would prefer if you order from your car. But then you can't see the selection. Which was meger at best.
Saturday afternoon ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and a coffee. Bagels had a smidgen of cream cheese and burnt. Coffee was good
The owner doesn’t care about his customers at all. I had walked up with my 3 year old and with only cash and was told they only accept card inside cash is only in the drive thru.they wouldn’t ring me up through the drive thru. Some one else in line had to pay for my meal and I ended up losing some dollars because of no change. I was really upset and talked to the general manager. She said that inside has to take cash if that’s all you have. She was very apologetic and sincere. She told me she would comp me a free meal of my choice which I thought was fair. So I come back to the store a couple weeks later with my daughter and ask for my free meal. The general manager quit, so the store owner was there. He looked at me and asked what I would like I told him and he asked for my original receipt. I gave it to him he looked at it and told me “ no! I’m not giving you a free meal at all, I don’t care what the other general manager said, I’m not giving you any free food at all”. The owner wouldn’t make his customers happy, he doesn’t care if your a customer and have a terrible experience. The owner doesn’t care about keeping customers. My daughter loves going to dunkin doughnuts. We will never ever go to this location again. The owner cares more about his money than his customers who actually make him money. I would go to this location multiple times a month and spend over $10 each time, this guy just lost me, my daughter, my husband, my neighbors, my co workers all from this absolutely terrible experience. I have never been treated so rudely and so disrespectful by any owner ever. This owner shouldn’t be aloud to have this store. I’m gonna find out what other stores he owns and make sure to never visit them. He’s greedy and doesn’t care about his customers. I have already talked to corporate and they were very upset an owner would treat his customers like this.
Not bad, great bagel breakfast ? sandwich. They do need to expand on sugar free options.
