My family ordered 2 coffees, a tea, and a bottle of water through the app at the start of a five hour drive home. When we arrive at the drive thru we are told that they are out of bottled water. My mother is cannot drink drinks with sugar in them and so we ask for a refund. We are told that not only can we not get a refund we also cannot have any compensation such as a gift card or coupon. When we asked how to get a refund through the app the manager had no idea how to do it. As a fellow batista it is shocking the lack of effort shown to make the customer happy.
Friendly staff but I’ve gone here multiple times and been handed the wrong drink. Today my friend and I stopped by because I wanted the dragonfruit refresher with green tea, she got a frozen coffee. We were handed a frozen coffee and an iced coffee, they took the one coffee back and came back with the dragon fruit refresher with sweet tea. Still not what I wanted.

I always get a large Caramel iced coffee with extra liquid sugar and extra caramel shots! The employees there always has a smile and great attitude!
This Dunkin Donuts has its good days and bad. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru because the cashier got everybody's order mixed up there wasn't even a line when I got there 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes.. when you're on your way to work you don't have 20 minutes to sit in a line for a cup of coffee
Really nice and efficient people they got my order right and it was quick. They were very friendly.

Was there last night at drive thru around 7:15. Ordered a LARGE iced coffee with cream and pumpkin spice when he brought it to the window it was almost completely white. I asked if they was any coffee in it and he said yea. Then I saw that it was a medium and not a large like I ordered and paid for. He said he’d remake it. Again it was nearly white. I don’t think the kid had a clue
