The ladies that took my order here were very polite and kind. I only had a coffee so I can't speak on the food at this location but the coffee was great like most dunkin coffee is.
Incompetent Morning Crew , I had to repeat my order 3 times to 3 different zombies, they still got it wrong , Lame ? best describes the service at the Drive Up , avoid this place it will Never get better
Clean location & friendly staff. However, that's where the positives end. The cashier struggled to ring the order and somehow we had to ask for something that we paid for because it was forgotten. When I returned home, I realized other issues with the order. The bagel I had tasted like it was a week old
Inside a gas station. I don’t drink coffee but grab an occasional snack and tea from Dunkin. I most always order from the app. My tea was actually really good and flavored perfectly. The sandwich was good, as well. Someone with me ordered coffee and a donut and was just as pleased.
Today October 25, 2021 seems to be extremely poor service with three people working. Order two grill cheese. Just to get two cheese sandwiches without the correct cheese on them. Ice cold. ?\\nAfter driving off didn’t even want to drive back. Google made me give at least one star, did not even think they should have received that.

Went through the drive through and ordered a medium iced coffee, after being given a small the employee working the order proceeded to pour the small coffee into a medium sized cup then added ice to make it look full. After asking the employee if that’s what she did (I saw it happen so I knew she did) she acted d*** like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She then proceeded to charge me for a medium sized drink knowing damn well I got a small size. As a former Dunkin employee I can say the location I worked at would never let that fly.
Food was ok. The iced chai tea was fantastic. The drive thru associates were nice. I appreciate good service.
