I usually do the drive through but today decided to dine inside or at least tried to the kiosk I first went to didn't even turn on the other was very slow and when I asked for some help to cancel an item the girls who looked so inconvenienced and actually rolled her eyes at the fact and came over and did her thing and said to her friend loudly * she couldn't figure it out * at the same time looking at me while saying that and the two in the back laughed loudly and so instead of ordering I just left terrible customer service all around ???? do better Dunkin
Great fresh donuts and coffee. The girls at this store are always smiling even when it's to early for a smile
Mr. Noble was very helpful friendly and genuinely nice. Been here a million times and this was the best service and fast af this morning too.yall are on point good job
Under staffed as most places are during these times, no counter help, orders on kiosk only vary frustrating. Breakfast sandwich was good.
I ordered on their kiosk and I got 25 donut holes I wasn’t able to select my options of donut holes, and assumed the lady would ask me. She didn’t and just filled the box i normally don’t complain but by the time I could say anything she was done and I paid, they were dry but bearable. Not a big deal but the vibes were weird and stand off ish, I felt invisible probably because I wasn’t Greeted, I would say they need more work on customer service.
The workers here are rude they made my order wrong a lot of times. The workers that be at the window always have an attitude. It’s a shame when I have to go somewhere else just because they can’t get my order right. My sandwich was cold and my coffee didn’t have any sugar and it looked like black stuff was floating round in my drink. #horrible fix it
I’m a local in St. Augustine who works in the service industry, so I hate to leave bad reviews. However, this location consistently messes up orders and has terrible service. This is even more aggravating when I usually place mobile orders so there is no miscommunication. The correct label will be on the cup with almost always the wrong drink. Only location in the area with these problems which is sad as it is one of the most convenient locations.
This business was to be open for dine in as well and was turning people away at the door at 7:45 pm we understand this is holiday but we are from out of town and the individual open the door was very rude as well and said they are drive-through only.
I don’t know why but everything I order from this Dunkin’ is significantly worse than every other Dunkin’, I go out of my way to Drive to other ones farther away
Correct order where other locations have made incorrectly.
