Great location, unfortunately both bacon egg and cheese sandwiches or horrible egg and bacon hardly cooked potatoes cold very disappointed
They cancel our mobile order when we arrived to pick up. Leaving 15 people with out coffe.
Always watered down coffee. Think I would have learned. I drive an extra 10 mile to race track road to get the real stuff.
I came in on this fine morning today I’m hoping to get a delicious frozen coffee to please my needs. as soon as I ordered I asked for a frozen coffee and a doughnut and in return I got an iced coffee so I talk to the people they said they were sorry and made me a frozen coffee. Come to find out it was just ice and water that looked like frozen coffee. Why would you do this to me. where are the flavors that I craved? I gave it two stars just because the donut was good.
I had to grab a bagel at Dunkin this morning since joint bagel is closed on Mondays. I'll never do that again! This Dunkin is horrible. I'm not really sure why they're open. They didn't have any sesame bagels so I got a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese not toasted. When I got home I realized that the bagel was still as well as my croissant. This Duncan should close down. Disappointed customer!!!

I wanted some nice and fresh doughnuts for my husband this morning but we got like 2 days old doughnuts. I wish we never stopped in this Dunkin place at Palencia. And customer service was very slow.
This locations workers were extremely rude. I came in at about 7:45 AM, they wouldn’t even look at me for the first 5 minutes I was there waiting. When I finally got someone, the male worker (he walked with a limp and had glasses on) yelled at me when I asked for some doughnuts. The woman (dark hair) who was working with him wouldn’t even look at me. This was on June 10th. Will never come here again after how rude they were.
The folks that work at this location are super friendly and efficient. Especially Luis and Alyssa! I've never been through a drive-thru so quickly. And they really made me feel like they appreciated my business! Very polite and fun to talk to. I've been inside as well, and it's nice to talk to service professionals who make you feel like you are the most important customer. Kudos to the whole crew! Shows great management as well!
