Don’t know why Shawnda (Shonda?) has a problem working in the mornings but she is rude as hell. Put so much sweetener in my husbands coffee it was straight up syrup, we don’t even know what she put in mine because it tastes like chemicals, burned our food, and just nasty all around. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her. Awful customer service and horrible attitude.
This manager is awful. This place would get 0 stars. The manager was rude and just because it’s a Saturday, doesn’t give you the right to be rude. I asked for hash browns and they gave me burnt hash browns. I asked for another one and this is what they gave me. I had a free reward for a beverage and they still charged me. I asked for a refund and she said she didn’t have time right this second and was rude. Is it that difficult to be polite. Apparently so in this establishment
I chalked up my last 2 visits to understaffing and overworked. However when I have made my order the last couple of visits the cream I ask for never gets added. I always have to tell them I asked for cream and your cashier didn't add it on my order. The look I get for even asking is like I am inconvenience to them. Even when ordering the hummus toast with no seasoning, I got hummus toast with hummus and nothing else. I had to ask about the tomatoes. The shelves were barely stocked with donuts and it was just 7 am. If you get in a rush and don't pay attention, of course you are going to have upset customers. If you provide attitude with your service, you are going to have upset customers. Keep in mind it is the customers business that provides the paychecks. No matter the emotion you are having, shouldn't reflect the quality of your work.
Always get their sweet tea & the staff is absolutely nice & professional.. HANDS DOWN!! THIS PLACE IS WAY BETTER THAN THE ONE ON PONCE DE LEON HIGHWAY IN SAINT AUGUSTINE.. AT LEAST THESE WORKERS DOESN'T WALK AROUND UNPROFESSIONALLY IN BEDROOM SHOES
I have never had a problem with this Dunkin until today when a young lady that I asked nicely to put one pump of syrup in my coffee puts 3 pumps in and than is rude to me for saying something about it nicely.
Sadly the customer service has deteriorated to the point of saying good bye to our favorite DD. We'll come back sometime in the future. For now, we say no to corporate peeps who seem to have little concern.
Worst dunkin ever. I've been out of the world for 3 weeks bc of surgery. I wanted an ice coffee so bad. The lady asked if I wanted lite I've or regular I said regular I literally could count 10 pieces. Then I asked for 6 sugar, 6 caramel & 7 cream. It tastes like water. Ill never go there again
Very busy every time I've stopped in there. It's better to go inside if the drive thru is busy. But they are fast!
It was great. They were nice and helpful. They've really delicious food.
