Tried to order delivery online and the website says this store is not offering delivery. Called to verify, got confirmation they are in fact delivering and my address is within the delivery range. Almost $13 dollars more for the exact same order placing it over the phone than online and missed out on 50% off my pizza. What is the point of offering the promotion? I get it's the delivery fee and the missed 50% off since it was forced under carry out and had a promo, but your website not working right is your issue, not the customers. Nothing the store can do about it either seems like poor customer service to not at least accommodate a price match for your OWN issue as a company. Pretty disappointed.
My company has ordered from this Dominos for 10+ years. We typically order the same thing every 2 week. You do the math, ordering for 10+ years 15 boxes of pizza every 2 weeks. I've noticed these past 3 months, since the wonderful manger Lindsey is been out, they've been purposely screwing up our order and cutting our Large sized pizzas into 20 slices, ridiculous. Thank God I took pictures this time to inform CORPORATE. The last conversation I had with their manager he asked me to provide my job's tax ID number, which they should've had on file since we've been ordering for 10 YEARS... The pettiness is at an all time HIGH with this Dominos location and I would advice you to stay away from this location. Pizza taste like card board limited cheese and sauce. If I could've gave 0 stars I would've.
Usually its a complaint or a disappointment or a rude manager who is stressed or working with someone who don't want to be there but tonight ? omg ? I don't know who the manager was or my driver but u need them whom ever made my food tonight ? omg food was hot it took less than 30 mins as last time over 3 hrs food was old cold driver drove through lot while my door was open circled building and drove out manager said they threw my food away 2 1/2 hrs later new driver shows up with food....... tonight was the at most best experience I have ever had not to know the drivers name thats how fast thank u so much to the manager driver and any staff that were involved i understand Mondays may be a lil slower and u may have extra staff as to not on the weekends but I spend $50 min and have nvr posted any review because most of the time drivers good foods skimp I don't expect a overload of extra but I pay 9.36 for one pizza and extra chicken should be a piece on each piece of pizza I order a chicken Alfredo because I like it with BBQ and the crust thin plus I don't get but about 6 pics on a med pizza and 4 to five in the pasta but tonight was really nice the driver put my cakes together wonderfully like I asked very pleased very pleased plz find out their names they need some kind of recognition tksfor making it my best experience ?!
They are getting as bad as the banks. Sneaking in fee's, not paying the drivers the delivery fee and expecting us to still tip them. What should have been a free pizza ended up costing me 10bucks. I want to know what they are charging for the extra ingredients. Dominoes has gotten greedy like the rest of the companies out there.
Courtney sent me a text saying she was entering my complex and would arrive shortly. I immediately Went outside and my food was already sitting on the ground outside my door. She was nowhere in site. No knock no ring nothing! My Pizzas were slightly over cooked and not even warm. More like room temperature. I have no idea how long they Actually had been sitting out there. Over $20 for pizza and this is the kind of service I got. I will never order from this domino's again. And I hope corporate reads these reviews.
A gentleman John Hashmy..was very wonderful he had awesome manners..he explained to me the difference between two different pizza when I thought that they where the same but they weren't the same so at the beginning I picked of course the expensive one when all I was trying to do is order from the 5.99 but anyhow I just seen wanted to get it out there that John was awesome very polite has the best attitude he had the over all best customer service bout anything u needed to know bout John Hashmy deserve to be a manager or assist manager cuz he would definitely do the job right....Good Luck John....... thanks for everything.....Sherri Ruggerio...

I'm pretty upset that they advertise a free brownie or cheese pizza etc with you order online but I've only gotten a cheese pizza which I am tired of getting. So I asked then to give me the brownie this time and they said no. Not much of a promotion is you ask me.
Worst experience ever! Took an hour to get food, and it was cold! Salad had bad veggies (tomatoes and onions). We'll never order from here again. Would not recommend to anyone
Nine times out of ten the order is wrong. They forget side items that you pay for, they put toppings on a slice or two, and you often find pieces of cardboard baked under the cheese.
