Maybe it's just bad luck, but I can say I am fed up with this place. I went to the one in St. John's and waited in the driver through for 15 minutes. They felt bad that they forgot about us so they gave us a coupon for a free meal. So I took that coupon to the Culver's in St. Augustine hoping for a different experience. Well, I order the food and they forgot my malt. So I tell the girl who brought my food that she forgot the malt and she smiled nodded and walked away. After 10Minutes and realized everyone else is getting their stuff but me. So I tell another girl, they forgot my malt. She even comes back to the car to confirm the flavor (vanilla malt). So then after a fast minute she comes out with the "malt". Well as soon as I saw it I knew it wasn't a "malt" just a shake. So I taste it to be sure and have to go inside. By this point I am fed up. I was nice the entire time but inside I wanted to scream. So I lost my appetite, so I ask for a refund. Then I have to go back out to my car for my wallet to get my refund with will take several days. At least the one in St. John's offered me a coupon and apology, this one just said "leave a review, the owner reads them" so that's what I am doing. It's too bad because St. John's avoided the bad review by offering me something for my time. Well st. Augustine would rather have a true, honest, and bad review. That to me is just bad business.
Can't get enough of this place! I have literally tried everything on the menu and haven't found a dish I don't like. The staff is super friendly and the establishment is always spotless.
Always clean and employees are always friendly.Burgers are pretty decent for a semi-fast food joint, a little greasy, but the produce is always fresh and they don't skimp on the lettuce and tomato.The custard is a nice treat and it's great service that they'll even bring it out to you separately, at the end of your meal, if you want.Family friendly, lots of seating both inside and out plus it is easy to get in and out of even with the very busy drive thru.
I just dined her for thr first time. I was very impressed! First off the restaurant was impeccably clean. I have never seen a fast food restaurant that clean, heck there's a lot of non fast food places that aren't that clean. The food was surprisingly good, the staff super friendly and helpful. On top of that, from what I could hear the whole team was encouraging one another and had a great comraderie. An excellent experience overall. Oh yeah, the frozen custard? The bomb.
The burger was good. Well prepared good taste. The staff was friendly and fast. I'm not a fan of their fries at all. I'd go back for another burger I'll probably get a double being that the patties are a little small
Best burger I’ve had in a long time. So tasty and the French fries were great. Can’t believe I’ve never been here before. Tables inside and out and although it’s right off Us1 it’s set back so sitting outside was peaceful. Staff were friendly. Will come back for sure. Highly recommend Culver’s. It was actually cheaper than Mc D’S And BK and a real all beef burger.
This is a fast food business but not overly fast as everything is cooked fresh when ordered. They have a dining room, outdoor dining, curbside pick up and drive thru. Everything we have tried is amazing if a bit greasy. So for a special treat not daily dining.
Had Culver’s for the first time tonight and it was amazing! The manager Adam was so friendly and helpful along with Robert H, as well as the test of the staff. Highly recommend going to Culver’s, hopefully they will build one in Palatka.
If you visit Culver's be prepared to be pampered and assisted in every way. They bring your order to you and then find anything you forgot to get at the help-yourself napkin and drink counter. The food was up and down in quality, in my opinion. The burger was just so-so. I'm not sure why so many people rave about it. The cod dinner was excellent. Next time I go I will try the cod sandwich. The place is always busy inside and in the drive-through, especially at lunch time. I recommend it, but will be trying other options instead of the burger.
