This is the best brisket I have had since I moved to Florida from Texas. Very happy to have this in our town. I tried the brisket sandwich and it's plenty of food with a small side. The meat is amazing with alot of flavor and moisture. I strongly recommend this place. I wanted to try the Jalapeño cheese sausage but they were out but they did say they are making some this next week.
THE BEST BBQ EVER!!!! I’ve eaten bbq from several places and in several states, and proudly make my own, but THIS IS THE BEST! I’m now a customer for as long as they’re doing bbq. The meat is so 5ender and flavorful that you seem to not get enough. EXCELLENT!!!!!
We had the Best food at my daughters wedding. The barbecue meats were perfectly cooked full of juice, the sides were great. The best barbecue in St John's county.Thank you for the best food in St. Augustine!!
What can you say… Road side pork has to be good right?? Well this road side pork was absolutely heaven. I mean, I brought home some Country Road Provisions sliced pork tenderloin to my wife she took one bite The smile that appeared on her face as she chewed was devine! Everyone knows pork is love right??? After that smile I knew it was going to be a good night!! The tenderloin was juicy but not greasy, seasoned just right but the taste of the pork was not smothered it was just pork done right. Michael Brook’s smoker has to be touched by angels to produce such an amazing delicacy, a treat worth waiting for every Wednesday! When we sail back down through ST Augenstine next November we will schedule it for a Wednesday so we can stop here again but we will pre order a few other items to makes sure we can sample it all.

We have used County Road at least a dozen times over the years for catering - as small as 10 people and as many as 60. Consistent, delicious barbecue with all the sides and fixins. Michael is terrific. You won't be dissapointed.
If you are not using county road provision for your BBQ needs you are missing out! Great locally owned business! I used these guys for my wedding and I got so many compliments! Every one enjoyed there delicious brisket! They knock it out the park every time! They have both Quality and quantity. Not to mention great and professional customer service. I will be back to use y’all for another event for sure?

Flew all the way from Texas for this and it was worth the miles! Starting with the sides all are fantastic, in order of least favorite to Dear God: potato salad tasty good flavor; the slaw great texture light on the mayo, but a lot of great taste; the mac and cheese was fantastic, milky and sticky, crunchy baked bits as well; and now last but the absolute best was the baked beans. Perfect and best flavor I've ever tasted! Moving to the meats, brisket perfect smoke and great ring, dry rub was delicious, had moisture dripping out. The beef rib too was perfect and seasoned great, fell off the bone with a light tug. The smoked sausage was delicious and moist, great pepper flavor and juicy. The pulled pork was great according to my wife, I ate too much to get a try, but there are leftovers so I will. Seriously if you are a local or a tourist and looking for true smoked BBQ find @County Road Provisions ASAP.
Michael catered a meal for 30 people for us. Everyone (including people from all over the US) declared this was the best barbecue they had ever had. We had brisket, pulled pork, turkey and the most amazing jalapeño sausage. Highly recommend this place!!! As a native Texan living in Florida, it was wonderful having authentic Texas barbecue.
