Very nice location and without a doubt the best ice cream we have ever had. That’s saying a lot coming from an old New Englander and my wife is from Pennsylvania. We drove up from Orlando for a long weekend in St. Augustine and found Cone Heads. Now that we’re back in Orlando we are considering making the drive JUST FOR THE ICE CREAM! It’s that good. Can’t wait to visit again.
I had the Hurricane Charley (M&Ms, chocolate, peanut butter chunks) in a cup. Cute place, nothing fancy, locally owned.
Great little spot for ice cream. Try the pineapple orange holy good! The staff was younger but they weren’t rude at all. Such high expectations for an ice cream shop… ran by a younger crowd, sure, but we had no issues.
On a super busy summer night. The crew was getting customers in and out quickly. The ice cream selection was large and had some good flavors. The strawberry cheesecake and coffee were very good. They also have soft serve ice cream which is a bonus.
We visited Friday night 6/24: Good ice cream and waffle cones but the customer service was lacking. The darkest haired employee reminded me of McDonald’s employees who just ‘are there’ with no emotion, DEFINITELY no thankfulness, and definitely not leaving any desire for me to return. The younger lighter brown hair girl didn’t speak but seemed nicer….I think she’s less experienced but I hope she doesn’t let the other staff rub off on her!We found The St. Augustine Scoop the next night…located further north….we highly recommend for a GREAT experience where you will feel appreciated for giving them your money for equal or superior ice cream!
My family stopped here while visiting the area. The line was very long, but went fairly quickly. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. Definitely recommend if in the area.
We had high hopes for this after reading the reviews. We love ice cream and especially while on vacation. So; we have this place a go. It was a BIG NO!!! The ice cream was all soft, and half melted, and the employees were rude. Not the first one was courteous or even had the least bit of manners. I have no idea why this place is rated so high, but the ice cream was about the worst we have ever had!
Great ice cream and affordable. Stumbled in here on a hot afternoon and it was a good choice. Would definitely eat here again.
We have been here twice and it has the best fresh made waffle cones and ice cream we've ever had! The milk shakes are delicious as well. To top it off we had some hot dogs which were very tasty. Love the sign, the location and the fantastic staff. Highly recommend stopping off here.
Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and I don’t love ice cream, but I loved it here. The salted caramel praline was AMAZING.The downside was the girl who rung us up. She acted like we were bothering her for coming in.Didn’t even say a simple “thank you” after I paid. I put the $3 I was about to tip back in my wallet.Ice cream was great though
