I am from the Sarasota area and this has to be one of the best Chipotle's for service that I've seen. The one that I have come from are horrible I actually stopped going in Chipotle because of the service understaffed dirty long waits. Way to go Chipotle in St Augustine keep it up you guys are great five stars. The bad reviews on here just gripy old New York people
Second time ordering online. Missing part of the meal, one spoon of guac and the smallest portion ever. I love chipotle but this store definitely sucks.
Worst restuarant experience weve had in a while. This was our first visit and will be our last. Upcharged for everything they offered and even some stuff they took the liberty of just adding to my burrito. We felt like we were being rushed and didnt have time to even see what we wanted. Staff was ruuuuude. Will not go back. Added stuff I didnt ask for and didnt even put what I wanted on it and upcharged for everything. Ridiculous experience and wont go back.
My goodness gracious the skimpiest on portion sizes ever.my bowl wasn't even half filled..this is why I haven't been to chipotle in few years.and to charge for guacamole, moe's doesn't even do that !
The burrito bowl was great, and the amount of food for the price was a great value. All the ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly.

Having worked at Chipotle for my first job and loved eating at their locations for years, I'm incredibly disappointed in this one. The quality of the food is always sub par. Hard rice, cold meats and small portions. I'm sure they're suffering with low staff but that shouldn't change the quality of food.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would, it was disgusting in When ordering my food i noticed hair inside my bowl, that is disgusting! This place should be shut down by the health department asap! Steak was very undercooked and pink inside, rice was hard seems like they need a new cook. Food all over floors and tables, overflowing with trash workers all seem like miserable to even be there so unfriendly this is why i’ll be sticking to moes from now on.
