Been here plenty of times, recommended to so many people, and never any complaints before this. Completely not the norm for this place. But, watching my food get chef mike (microwaved) after they forgot about our order (placed in person) was disappointing. The cocoa bread was half cold/half hot with no butter, clear fridge taste. Jamaican beef patties were half full and dried out. The jerk chicken didn’t live up to its usual taste/flavor. Our sides were soggy due to being microwaved (fried okra, etc.) or flat out flavorless which was extremely surprising. Due to being microwaved, only the top half of our food was warm. When we arrived, the place was empty so I can’t even justify with busyness of location/lack of staff due to the staff eating while we sat waiting for our food over 35 mins…alone in store. Only after realizing we were still waiting did chef mike get put to work right behind their swinging doors on the right side. Overall just a bust, not impressed. Large order and frequent visitor, hope this was a fluke.
The food is amazing. I had the oxtails , rice and beans , with collard greens. Everything was great and I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant .
The rice and beans were delicious and so was the cabbage. The curry goat was good except very salty. The Ackee Cod not good at all.
Really enjoyed this place while on vacation. We ordered three plates. Oxtail, garlic shrimp and fried chicken. Each plate had a lot of meat on it with generous portions of each side. The food is seasoned really well and cooked to order. I personally had the macaroni and cheese and collard greens. It was worth the money.
Visited this gem when in the area and craving some Caribbean cuisine. I found them on google and ordered the curried chicken with rice and peas along with cabbage. It was the absolute best Caribbean food I have had outside of family friend's. Everything was seasoned to perfection and needed no additional seasoning and I especially enjoyed the cabbage. I decided to visit again and traveled 30 miles, hoping for the same stellar performance. They did not disappoint. Had the jerk chicken and it was wonderful.
For the amount of time it took to get my order it was well worth the wait! Food was seasoned just perfect and the Jerk Chicken was amazing

This is that real Caribbean soul, I ate it and it made me feel like sleepy. Hit my physical stomach and my spiritual one. Even the cabbage was good as you know what. Everyone was super nice and chill; the beautiful woman at the register was so attentive and nice. Jamrock King on all platforms.
So greatful to eat here today and be blessed with some Devine food made with love and all the good spices that came with it . Absolutely loved the chicken curry and rice ♥️ thank you chef for our wonderful lunch and to our server I hope you have a fabulous Christmas as well xoxo
Our Christmas wedding in Jamaica was cancelled due to COVID. Instead, We drove to St Augustine Beach in search of sun, beach and good food. We found all three when we visited Caribbean Soule where our Jamaican and Cuban spirits were lifted. The oaktail ( delicious only missing a pinch more flavor), jerk chicken ( perfectly seasoned for those who like hot and spicy- like my Jamaican husband) did the trick !We will come back again - the chef knows his stuff and his hosting team makes it all come together
