Ordered a simple order of nachos to go. Got home to find it was a very small handful of chips with very little toppings. Super greasy. I've been up all night with food poisoning. Horrible place. Please don't eat there.
Cantina Louie is good. It's not blow your socks off Mexican, but it's consistently good. The chips and salsa were yummy. The servings are generous and the ingredients are fresh. I had the taco salad. It was tasty. My friend had the grouper tacos. Each taco had a piece of grouper that was bigger than the taco shell! Overall, if you have a craving for Mexican, you won't be disappointed.

My family of 4 (2 adults, a 10 yo, and a 6 yo) ate here for dinner on 4/7 during our Spring Break vacation in the Saint Augustine area. The food and the service were both excellent!!! The kids even got their food ahead of the adults, which not only helps them get fed quick, but also so they can finish at a decent time, lol! The queso and salsa, along with the chips tasted great. I had the West Coast Burrito, which came with fries that had onions and jalapenos mixed in, and all of it was delicious! Would definitely visit again on future trips to the area!
We went for dinner and it was quite busy. Even so, we had great service and loved the food. The calamari soft tacos were wonderful and the street corn is very impressive (not available every day). Overall, it looks like some days they run smoother than others but we had a great experience. If we lived in the area we would go here regularly.
Food was mediocre, but the margarita was truly undrinkable. My husband was finally able to convince the server to replace the drink with a beer. Never again!

We usually visit for dinner and sometimes for lunch. My personal favorite is large guacamole to share and Baja salad ( both chicken and steak are pretty good) My husband likes chicken burritos and we both like fajitas. Service is very prompt and efficient, and it’s obvious there is an ownership there, there is someone who cares. We never had a problem with staff there. Also, chips and salsa is literally one of the best we ever had anywhere.
