Damesha was very RUDE! She fast talked me the entire time taking my order she then proceeded to lock the door while customers were still inside saying that they were closed . I asked for ketchup she said there was none i walked over to get a straw and actually found ketchup . The lobby floor was soaking wet there was no wet floor signs it’s like someone had literally poured water over the floor . It was by the worst experience i ever had at BK and then my food was still cold And my order was made completely wrong .
I just wanted to commend the girl behind the counter unfortunately I did not get her name! She was the only one in there working the counter and the drive-thru! She was hustling to get everybody’s food and was very friendly even with all the chaos! Kudos to you and I hope you keep your positive attitude! I will also do a review with the receipt and hopefully that will identify who you were! Thank you so much and I appreciate you!
One of the absolutely WORST BKs I've had the displeasure of visiting.The cashier tried to overcharge me! When I called on it she tried to buffalo me by saying prices had just gone up and the menu board & BK app prices were wrong! I was about to accept it until I asked for my receipt and she said. "Oh there's no receipts. We're out of paper. I can write it out on a piece of paper " YEAH, RIGHT! " What a load!! Unbelievable!
I used to love and count on Burger King for effecient and good food.. this place has neither. They took our order for breakfast and then said they didn't have it at the window. I got a sausage, egg & cheese croissant without the egg. So sad.
Hot garbage always super slow or closed it seems burger kings have gone to the trash pile. We have been here several time to be greater with sorry we are closed yes even in the middle of the day with employees present I guess this is making Wendy's next to them super busy. Today 7 cars in drive thru and in the parking lot waiting g to be told now they are closed so all the cars left and Went to Wendy's, they said thank you Burger King for all the extra business.
On march 5th 2022 at 6:40am this happened! So I pulled up to the local BK on 207 and 95. There was a sign posted over the order microphone stating “headset not working, pull up to second window to order “ I did as instructed! Found another car at window and waited patiently for them to finish. When the car moved away I pulled up to said window! After a brief moment a young woman opened the window stating “you didn’t order” pointing at her headset! I explained that I was just following the instructions! In return she said “well it’s working now! you are going to have to pull around again and horder at the microphone! “ So I left! Went to the BG on 16 and 95. Ordered and explained what happened at the other BG. The manager response was “they do that all the time”!!! Got my order and starting to pull out of the parking lot and found I had an incomplete order was turning around and noticed a young man chasing me down to give me the rest of my order!!
Typical fast food fare. Short staff just like any other fast food eatery. Soon take the word fast out of fast food. However the working staff was efficient that day.
Ordered 2 BREAKFAST COMBOS.They come with COFFEE. They did NOT HAVE ANY COFFEE. SO ( CHARGED) US FOR JUICE INSTEAD. What a rip off.They are. ALWAYS. , OUT OF SOMETHING. No matter what BURGER king you go to. NO MAYO, NO KETCUP, NO PICKLES, NO TOMATOES, OR NO LETTUCE. 1 TIME OUR BURGER JUST HAD A PICKLE , BURGER, AND BUN. BUT SAME PRICE.
RUDE RUDE RUDE! 2:30pm today 2/7 female employee at drive thru window was clearly inconvenienced by me and the fact I was making her actually work. Everything was a chore for her and she had zero customer service skills. Burger looked gross. Don’t walk, run to a different establishment. Clearly no training, quality control, or supervision here.
Mesha was super nice & polite at this location. My food came out hot & fresh thanks to the kitchen staff!! Also the restroom facilities were clean as well as the actual inside. 5 stars!!
