Drive thru didn't move for 5 minutes, so I went inside. I was the only person inside, I was acknowledged, but the employees socialized instead of taking my simple order. There is zero sense of urgency or organization here. The employees on Wednesday afternoon are just punching the clock and joking around. Just make sure you set aside 15 EXTRA minutes if you decide to try this place. Maybe more, as I am about to walk out before getting my food as I can't afford to be late for work.EDIT: I stuck it out until they got me the order. They claimed it has been ready "all this time" and simply hadn't been bagged. I had to leave quickly so I couldn't check the order, I got 3 single cheeseburgers instead of 3 doubles, which basically means I gave burger King a $3 donation.

Worst drive thru I have ever been through. The guy couldn’t understand anything I asked for. Ended up getting my order mixed up. The lady at the window rolled her eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience that he got my order wrong. I just said no thank you and drove off. I would not recommend this place at all. I should’ve known when three cars ahead of me left the drive thru without getting food.

This Burger King is the most mismanaged Burger King I've ever seen and will never eat there again. The employees allow their hair down upon their shoulders and down on their uniforms so they're no hair nets not all of them were wearing gloves, and the ones that were handling the money we're handling the food as well without sanitizing your hands or washing their hands it's a very bad Burger King and it's mismanaged,,, yiC

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at the drive thru today. It was about 11:15 and not another car in sight. When I got it, no bacon. I told the lady at the drive thru and she says what , no bacon? Well, I unwrapped the sandwich and lifted the top bun to show her thinking they throw these out after being touched and given back. Nope. I watched her put it back in the slot to keep warm. The new sandwich looked like it had bacon bits on it. Won't be back.

Received a hamburger from a lady who turned out to be an assistant manager at the drive thru window on 3-21-22 around lunch time. Waited over 10 minutes and had to ask about my food. She disappeared and a couple of minutes later, returned with my order. One of the sandwiches was barely wrapped, almost half exposed and the other one looked like the top bun had been crushed flat with what appeared to be fingernail claw marks in them and shoved down on the sandwich so hard that it was warped, I sent trip advisor the photos. When I returned to the store to get a refund, she wouldn't even pretend to act like I was standing in the lobby. I was finally refunded by the store manager that I was told wasn't there.

This review is for James. We went through the drive thru and he was so polite. The most well mannered fast food employee we’ve seen in a long time. 5 stars for James! He deserves a raise and bonus!

Well the customer service is horrible. Nobody was wearing any hairinettes food was horrible and even the sodas were horrible. Not only that they didn't have any condiments out. It wasn't clean and overall it was just a horrible experience.

Only gave it a 2 bc the burger was ok. Onion rings cold & soggy. 25 min in drive thru. There was cleary an organizational breakdown.I'd skip this place, unless you like to wait.Get it together Burger King.

This place is racked with labor shortages however the ONE person that works there is phenomenal. Shame on the people that get upset with him. He is taking the orders and cooking too. I wish I got his name.

Order online, got it how I wanted, it was in and out.
