Service was awful. I have never been so ignored in my life at a restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would. We waited at least 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Then after we were sat our waitress didn't come for another 15 minutes. We had to continually keep asking for stuff. She has no other tables but 1. The food took 35 minutes. At this point we were ready to just walk out but we didn't. She brought one plate at a time starting with the adults which she shouldn't have because we had kids with us and they should have been served their food first. Anything we asked for we had to ask multiple times. She kept disappearing for 15 minutes at least at a time. Worse waitress I've ever had. This took us 2 and a half hours which was ridiculous.
The staff, atmosphere and food were delicious.
Repeatedly gave messed up my order and then tonight they lied about what had happened.
Wings were cooked perfectly. Service was smooth. It isn't too often that my sweetie and I get to go out. Kelsey made it a comfortable experience and recommended flavors. She also took care to inform cooks and management of my mango allergy. Thanks for the nice time. We will be back.
Wingy wingy wingy can't you see, sometimes your mango hypnotize me. I just love your saucy ways, guess that's why this chickens died today!

I am glad this location is nowhere near me. I'd never go to this location again. Horrific service. I served my own self and the other servers had to help us. I ordered a beer that sat out for 10 minutes and had to hunt the waitress down in order to finally get my drink. God forbid I order a second drink and had to walk up to the bar and ask what it'd take to get a drink around here. The waitress was never seen again. The other waiters had to inform me my waitress got a 25 top by herself as if no one is smart enough to pass her table off, I suppose the common sense of this place is to have none and have upset customers instead. I go out for good food and service, not to pay to have a bad time.
Food is amazing, staff was very quick and attentive I definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade shout out to vanessa she is amazing server here!!
WOW!! I have never been so ignored in a restaurant in my life. Went there yesterday to watch football and the bartenders acted as if we were putting them out. The bar was not even 1/2 full but no one seemed interested in making a sale or engaging with customers. In fact, the bartender was down right rude! When we asked about food the menu was shoved at me and no further acknowledgement came. Too bad since I have been in the business and am a VERY generous tipper and a patient and courteous customer. First and last time I will be going to BWW! I would ratherr miss the game!!
Went in, sat down, and we were completely ignored for 20 minutes. No host/ess, no waiter/waitress, bartender ignored us. (We sat at a high top.) Literally no one even acknowledged our presence.So we got up and left. No one acknowledged us, no one cared that we left, so I guess the owner won't care if we don't come back and spend our money, or if we let every friend and family know how we were treated as well.
