This place knows how to treat customers. Out of all places we ate at, this place was my favorite. The hospitality is beyond the call of duty. The food was amazing. People were super friendly. The price is reasonable. The environment is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
Sometimes in your travels you come across a restaurant that you’ll be talking about when you return home. Well this is definitely one of them. We’re we’re greeted upon entering and you order at the bar then get seated. The owner spoke to us and asked if we had ever eaten there. We hadn’t and he offered a sample of brisket and said he built his business around providing the best brisket in the area. Well he ain’t lying! Some of the the best brisket I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. We also had pulled pork,sliced pork, and side in addition to the brisket. All was good but dang that brisket is on point. I sampled all their sauces and they were very tasty. I’m telling you now, don’t sauce up that brisket just enjoy the flavor by itself. We’ll be back for sure.
The best BBQ restaurant we’ve been to, with the friendliest folks running it! The food is incredible, and to top it off, the prices are excellent—I got melt-in-your-mouth, top of the line brisket with 2 sides, sauces, and garlic toast for less than $11. Even now with record inflation, this family-run business manages to keep prices more than affordable. The owner/chef recommended the brisket and the bread pudding as especially good. Both were delicious. Of course, we came here two days in a row while visiting St. Augustine for a week and everything we ate was delectable. The fried okra is also a must-have. They managed to get our food out to us in less than 10 minutes, which was astounding, given the quality. Further, the vibe is relaxed and the seating is ample, the place is clean, and there’s easy parking. But I can’t emphasize enough how friendly and charming the staff is. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind and helpful in the most genuine way. An absolute gem of a restaurant. Long-live Brisky’s!
Really great food, delicious bread pudding and incredibly friendly owner and waitresses! My husband and I went here on vacation and we had to come back two days in a row! Brisket was the tastiest I’ve ever had and the entire meal was a very pleasant affair. Would recommend to anyone.
The brisket and ribs are the BEST I’ve EVER eaten!! The corn nuggets were the icing on top!! Staff nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Nice and welcoming staff! Big soda; a reasonable portion with a reasonable price. We dined in twice. Both visits were satisficed. The location is Northern of US 1 close to SR16. My wife and I love the side dish of green beans. Brisket and BBQ chicken was done perfectly and with the right amount of seasoning. Definitely, it's worth the drive, and try for this place!
We have tried Brisket from almost every state in the US and we both finally agreed Brisky’s was hands down our absolute favorite! His brisket was so tender it actually fell apart with the slightest touch. To say it was juicy is an understatement. The flavor was amazing!! Don’t miss this BBQ if your in St Augustine!
