Fast and friendly service, clean dining room and spotless bathrooms. Place is updated / renovated on the inside. They brought the food to our table and went the extra mile. Loved the chicken tenders, dirty rice, biscuits, bo berry biscuits and cinnamon biscuits too. Would come back to eat here anytime.
Mad props to GM Shawn and her team. Although we left tonight after they communicated the wait for all chicken was 20 minutes. We mistakenly visited the KFC down the road, which was a huge mistake! We returned to Bojangles on SR16 and Shawn exceeded our expectations. Our order was ready to go before we wrapped up paying at the register. Awesome service and caring about your customers Shawn!

This location was updated and quite nice. Food was good but the biscuit was a little hard.
I ordered the 3 chicken wings meal with dirty rice and the cajun style beans. I had to wait a while because they ran out of cooked wings, when I got to the hotel they had given me mashed potatoes with gravy instead of the rice. I was too tired to go back out so I kept it. The food tasted good though.
Literally the nicest Bojangles we've ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh for our dine in visit. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.
The food is fresh and cooked perfectly, however they're facing the same issues as everybody in the industry today with staffing. It's a fantastic Bojangles and the negative reviews forget to remember these are hard working people who really don't get paid enough to work as hard as they do. If you want good food and have a little patience it's a fantastic place to eat, this is the best one I've been to in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina or North Carolina. With a little patience and kindness maybe they can get fully staffed and keep the lobby open, as they're doing a fantastic job. You won't regret eating at this location!
The food was dry, old, and cold! For the amount that I spent to feed my husband and myself, you would think they would care about it being fresh. I emailed them about this and never heard back. Obviously, they don't care. I've only found a few good places to eat in St Augustine so far. No good chicken places yet though, sadly. Please train your employees on food temperatures and the safety of not having temperatures correct on chicken!!!! The location in Georgia was amazing, and I truly wish the one here was halfway as decent as them.
Would like to have given an honest review based on their food but unfortunately for us, they were closed at 8PM on a Friday night, even though they advertise they close at 11PM. However, reading through some of these reviews, maybe it was a blessing! I guess it's what you'd expect from these types of establishments.
This location has a hardwiring and kind staff. The food is always hot and delicious. Their message to “Pray for Ukraine” touched me this morning. Thank you for that simple and powerful reminder.
